Պուտինը նշել Է Ուկրաինայում պատերազմի ավարտի ժամկետները

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը նշել է հատուկ գործողության ավարտի ժամկետները ՝ նշելով, որ այն կարող էր ավարտվել մեկուկես-երկու ամսից, եթե վերջանան հովանավորչական գումարներն ու փամփուշտները, հաղորդում է «Аргументы и факты»-ն:

«Նրանք մեկ ամիս չեն գոյատևի, եթե գումարը վերջանա, և լայն իմաստով ՝ փամփուշտները։ Ամեն ինչ կավարտվի մեկ ամսից, մեկուկես-երկու ամսից», — ասել Է Պուտինը «Մոսկվա. Կրեմլ. Պուտին» հաղորդաշարի հեղինակ Պավել Զարուբինին։

Նա նաև ընդգծել է, որ ներկայիս իրավիճակում Ուկրաինայի ինքնիշխանությունը «գրեթե զրոյի է հասցվել»:

ՌԴ նախագահը նաեւ հայտարարել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հետ խաղաղության համաձայնագրի ստորագրումն այս փուլում անօրինական կլինի, քանի որ երկրի առաջնորդ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին «անօրինական նախագահ է եւ չի կարող չեղարկել Ռուսաստանի հետ ցանկացած բանակցությունն արգելող հրամանագիրը», հաղորդում է «Ведомости»-ն :

Պուտինը հայտարարել է՝ քանի որ Ուկրաինայում նախագահական ընտրություններն օրենքի համաձայն չեն անցկացվել, Զելենսկին երկրի նախագահ չէ: Նրա խոսքով ՝ դա ամրագրված է երկրի Սահմանադրության մեջ ։

«Ուկրաինայի Սահմանադրության համաձայն ՝ նախագահն իրավունք չունի երկարաձգել իր լիազորությունները նույնիսկ ռազմական դրության պայմաններում», – հայտարարել Է Պուտինը: Միևնույն ժամանակ, բանակցությունները կարող են «վարվել ցանկացածի հետ», բայց «իր ոչ լեգիտիմության պատճառով Զելենսկին իրավունք չունի որևէ բան ստորագրել»: «Ուկրաինայի նախագահի պաշտոնավարման ժամկետը հինգ տարի է, ուրիշ ոչինչ։ Այնուհետև նրա լիազորությունները փոխանցվում են Ռադայի նախագահին», — ասել է ՌԴ նախագահը ։

Նրա խոսքով ՝ եթե Կիևը ցանկանա չեղարկել ՌԴ-ի հետ բանակցություններն արգելող հրամանագիրը, ապա դա անելու իրավական միջոց կգտնի: «Դա կարող է անել Ռադայի նախագահը», – ասել Է Պուտինը: Հակառակ դեպքում Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի բանակցություններն անօրինական կլինեն։ Եվ Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հայտնել է, որ Ուկրաինայի կողմից նախաձեռնություն չի տեսնում։
