Նավթի հոտից աշակերտներն ու ուսուցիչները գլխապտույտ են ունենում . «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շիրակի մարզի Փոքր Մանթաշ համայնքի դպրոցում այս օրերին շինարարական աշխատանքներ են տարվում: Ձմռանն ընդառաջ փոխվում են դպրոցի պատուհանները: Տարիներ շարունակ ցրտից պաշտպանվելու համար կրթօջախի պատուհանները պոլիէթիլենային տոպրակով են փակել: Պետբյուջեից այս տարի գումար է հատկացվել անմխիթար դպրոցը կարգի բերելու համար:

«Հիմա արդեն ցրտից պաշտպանված կլինենք, պատուհաններն ամուր են, չեն թողնի, որ ցուրտը նախկինի պես ներս մտնի: Նոր պատուհանները շատ են օգնում ջերմաստիճանը պահելու համար»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց դպրոցի տնօրեն Մարգուշ Կարապետյանը:

Նոր դռները, սայան, դեռ երազանք են այս դպրոցի համար:

Չնայած շինաշխատանքներին՝ Փոքր Մանթաշի դպրոցում չլուծված է մնում դպրոցի ջեռուցման հարցը:

Դպրոցի դասասենյակները հեղուկ վառելիքով է տաքացվում, իսկ այրված նավթի հոտը քայքայում է նրանց առողջությունը:

«Էրեխեքը գլխապտույտ են ունենում նավթի հոտից: Շատ տհաճ հոտից էրեխեքի ու ուսուցիչների գլուխներն է ցավում, սրտխառնոց են ունենում»,– նկարագրեց դպրոցի տնօրենը:

Դասասենյակները նավթի վառարաններով են տաքացվում, իսկ ճաշարանը, սանհանգույցն ու բուժկետը` էլեկտրական սալիկներով: Հեղուկ վառելիք են հատկացնում նաև մարզասրահին: Տնօրենն անկեղծացավ` տաքացնել դպրոցը չի հաջողվում:

«Միջանցքները չեն ջեռուցվում, այդտեղից ցուրտը լցվում է դասասենյակներ: Հազիվ ենք դասասենյակները ջեռուցում, բայց ճաշարանը, մարզասրահը, հանդիսությունների սրահը չի լինում տաքացնել»,– պատմեց Մարգուշ Կարապետյանը:

1980 թվականին է Փոքր Մանթաշի դպրոցն իր դռները բացել գյուղի 325 երեխաների առջև: 2013 թվականին է առաջին անգամ վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ կատարվել, այն էլ ոչ ամբողջությամբ: Դպրոցի մի մասնաշենքում այդպես էլ շինարարները ներս չեն մտել: Դպրոցի տանիքն է կարգի բերվել, բայց տնօրենը գոհ չէ կատարված աշխատանքից:

«Ջրահեռացումը նորմալ չի տեղադրված, անձրևների ջուրը գալիս է և սալիկների հետևը լցվում, սալիկներն ամբողջությամբ թափվել են»,– մատնանշեց Կարապետյանը:

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավի նպատակով մարզ այցելած վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին Փոքր Մանթաշի դպրոցի տնօրենը նամակ է փոխանցել: Նամակում նա ներկայացրել է դպրոցի անմխիթար վիճակը, ինչպես նաև աշակերտների ու ուսուցիչների` օրեցօր վատացող առողջության պատճառները: Պատասխան դեռ չեն ստացել: Փոքր Մանթաշում հուսով են, որ մի օր բարեկարգ կրթօջախ կունենան: Նրանց խոսքով՝ մեկնարկն արդեն տրված է, մնում է ծրագրի մյուս փուլն իրականություն դառնա:
