Հունվարի 27-ից մինչև փետրվարի 10-ին Տավուշի մարզպետ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դասընկեր, նրա քավոր Հայկ Ղալումյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ գտնվելու է արձակուրդում։ Դա կարող է կապված լինել այն բանի հետ, որ Կիրանցի հողերը սահմանազատման անվան տակ Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու գործում ակտիվ մասնակցություն ունեցած, այդ առթիվ Կիրանցի բնակիչներին հետ վեճերի մեջ մտած Հայկ Ղալումյանը ցանկանում է հողերի հերթական հանձնման ժամանակ գտնվել արձակուրդում, որ հետո արդարանա, որ այդ գործին մասնակից չի եղել։ Ո՞վ է ձմռան կեսին կես ամսով արձակուրդ գնում։ Հուվարի 24-ի երեկոյան Նոյեմբերյանի Բարեկամավան գյուղի սահմանագոտում ականի պայթյունից վիրավորվել է սակրավորների Էջմիածնի ստորաբաժանման զինծառայողներից մեկը,նրա ոտնաթաթը պոկվել է։ Այդ մասին ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն մինչ այժմ հաղորդագրություն չի տարածել։ Սակրավորը Նոյեմբերյանի սահմանագոտում ի՞նչ աշխատանքներ էր կատարում, որ վիրավորվել է ականի պայթյունից։ Տավուշի մարզպետարանի պաշտոնական կայքը տեղեկացնում է, որ հունվարի 27-ին , ժամը 17-ին նշանակված է Իջևան համայնքի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստ, որի օրակարգում, այլ հարցերից զատ, հետևյալ 2 հարցերն են՝ Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան համայնքի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող, պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող գյուղատնտեսական նպատակային նշանակության, արոտավայրեր և այլ հողատեսքեր գործառնական նշանակության, 394.381 հա մակերեսով հողամասերը, սահմանափակ օգտվելու իրավունքով /սերվիտուտ/ օգտագործման տրամադրելու մասին։

Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան համայնքի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող, համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող գյուղատնտեսական նպատակային նշանակության, արոտավայրեր և այլ հողատեսքեր գործառնական նշանակության, 506.2993 ա մակերեսով հողամասերը, սահմանափակ օգտվելու իրավունքով /սերվիտուտ/ օգտագործման տրամադրելու մասին։ Ինչո՞ւ է սերվիտուտ կիրառվում պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող 394 հեկտար և համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող 506 հեկտար հողերի հանդեպ, ի՞նչ հրատապություն կա համայնքի ավագանու արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրելու։ Երևանում հասարակական տրանսպորտի սակագնի թանկացման հետ կապված աղմուկը կարող է ուշադրություն շեղող լինել Տավուշում սահմանազատման անվան տակ նոր հողեր հանձնելու գործընթացից»:
