«Այն, ինչ անում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, որևէ կապ չունի հայ ժողովրդի հետ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Հայաստանի բնակչության 65-70 տոկոսը, ըստ սոցհարցումների, ոչ միայն դեմ է Ռուսսաստանի և ռուս ժողովրդի հետ հարաբերությունների վատացմանը, այլև ընդհակառակը՝ ցանկանում է հնարավորինս ավելի սերտացնել այդ հարաբերությունները:

Այս մասին երեկ հայտարարել է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալմայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը՝ ռուսաստանյան «Ազգային անվտանգության մարտահրավերները» հաղորդման շրջանակներում հարցազրույց տալով «Կրասնայա զվեզդա» մեդիահոլդինգի վերլուծական ռադիոհաղորդումների տնօրինության ղեկավար Աննա Շաֆրանին: Ավելին, Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ այդ հարցումն անցկացվել է ամերիկյան կազմակերպության կողմից, իսկ հարցման տվյալներից ապշած են մնացել նույնիսկ ԱՄՆ հատուկ ծառայություններում, թե ինչպես է նման արդյունք գրանցվել այսքան տոտալ քարոզչությունից հետո:

Արշակ Կարապետյանն անդրադարձել է ԱՄՆ-ի հետ ռազմավարական համագործակցության համաձայնագրի ստորագրմանը՝ նշելով, որ դա իրավաբանորեն որևէ պարտավորվածություն չի ենթադրում կողմերի համար: «Դա, ըստ էության, քաղաքական հայտարարություն է, ոչ ավելին: Կարող էին ոչինչ էլ չստորագրել, երկուսով ասուլիս տալ և հայտարարություն անել, իմաստային առումով բան չէր փոխվի»,-ասել է գեներալը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ նա նշել է, որ այդ փաստաթղթով ԱՄՆ-ն առաջ է տանում իր շահերը, այնինչ Հայաստանի շահերը նկատելի չեն: ԱՄՆ-ն փորձում է հասանելիություն ստանալ Հայաստանի բոլոր ոլորտներին, որտեղ հետաքրքրություններ ունի, իսկ ռուսական ռազմական ներկայության հեռացմանը հասնելուց հետո Հայաստանի նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունը իսպառ կվերանա:

Ի դեպ, խոսելով այն մասին, որ Բլինքենը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության առումով առաջընթաց կա, Կարապետյանը նշել է. «Այդ տրամաբանությամբ կարո՞ղ եմ ենթադրել, որ բոլոր քաղաքական գործիչների նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումները ԱՄՆ-ի ցուցումով են արվել»:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի՝ արտաքին վեկտորի փոփոխությունների ձգտմանը, ըստ այդմ այժմ արդեն նկատելի միտումներին, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի ու հայ ժողովրդի մենթալիտետին անհարիր «բարեփոխումներին», և ընդհանրապես՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների քայլերին, ապա Արշակ Կարապետյանն ասել է. «Այն, ինչ անում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, որևէ կապ չունի հայ ժողովրդի հետ»:
