1000 հեկտարում 500 հազար պանել. բնապահպանները դեմ են հսկա արևային կայանին

Ամերիկյան DE Shaw Renewable Investments ընկերությունը մտադիր է Սակրամենտոյում (Կալիֆոռնիա) իրականացնել արևային էներգիայի լայնածավալ նախագիծ, որը կոչվում է Coyote Creek Agrovoltaic Ranch, սակայն օբյեկտը քննադատության է ենթարկվել բնապահպանների կողմից: Այդ մասին գրել է Sacramento Bee պորտալը, գրում է focus.ua-ն։

Պորտալի տվյալներով 450 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ Coyote Creek Agrovoltaic Ranch-ը կներառի 500 հազար արևային մարտկոց, 100 ՄՎտ հզորությամբ մարտկոցների էներգիայի պահպանման համակարգ և կզբաղեցնի ավելի քան 1000 հեկտար: Արեգակնային էլեկտրակայանը բավականաչափ էներգիա կարտադրի Սակրամենտոյի մոտ 45000 տների համար:

Այնուամենայնիվ, բնապահպանները կարծում են, որ այդ հսկայական արևային էլեկտրակայանն անուղղելի վնաս կհասցնի տեղի լանդշաֆտին և դրանից կախված նաև կենդանիներին։ Նրանց խոսքով, նման օբյեկտներ անհրաժեշտ են, բայց ոչ բոլոր տարածքներն են հարմար դրանց կառուցման համար։

«Հարցն այն է, թե որտե՞ղ, իսկ սա ամենավատ վայրերից մեկն է, որը ես տեսել եմ», - նախագծի մասին կարծիք է հայտնել Defenders of Wildlife-ի բնապահպանական խորհրդատու Կիմ Դելֆինոն:

Նշենք, որ այդ նախագիծն արդեն մի քանի տարի է հետաձգվում։ Սկզբում կայանը պետք է սկսեր գործել 2024 թվականին, սակայն նախագիծը հետագայում վերանախագծվեց շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցությունը նվազագույնի հասցնելու համար։ Նոր նախագիծը կպաշտպանի երկու առվակները, որոնք հոսում են այդ տարածքով և կհատկացվի 1000 ակր հող մշտական ​​պահպանման ջանքերի համար:

«Պատճառներից մեկը, որ մենք ընտրեցինք հենց այս սեփականությունը և այդքան ժամանակ ծախսեցինք դրա վրա, այն էր, որ այն համարվում էր ցածրարժեք արոտավայրեր», - ասել է DE Shaw Renewable Investments-ի զարգացման տնօրեն Հայ Մարտինը:

Էներգետիկ ընկերությունը գնահատում է, որ Coyote Creek Agrovoltaic Ranch նախագիծը կստեղծի մոտ 400 աշխատատեղ և կնվազեցնի ածխածնի արտանետումները տարեկան 200,000 տոննայով, ինչը համարժեք է մոտ 70,000 մեքենա ճանապարհից դուրս բերելուն: Ծրագրի ավարտը նախատեսված է 2027 թվականին։
