Բիզնեսն արդեն զգում է վտանգը. ԵԱՏՄ-ից հեռացումն աղետ է դառնալու

ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ փաստաթղթի, ԵՄ հետ հարաբերությունների խորացման, անդամակցության հարցով օրինագծին տված հավանությունը, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ից հնչող դիրքորոշումները բնականաբար խուճապի են մատնել հայկական բիզնեսին։ Հիշեցնենք, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել էր, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ն ու ԵՄ-ն հակոտնյա են, Երևանը չի կարող անդամակցել ԵՄ-ին՝ մնալով ԵԱՏՄ անդամ։ Զգուշացրել էին, որ Հայաստանը տնտեսական խնդիրների է բախվելու։

Հնարավոր ռիսկերին առաջինն արձագանքել են խոշոր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք իրենց մաշկի վրա են զգալու առաջին ծանր հարվածները։ Սամվել Կարապետյանը փոխանցել է Ռուսաստանում ապրող հայ գործարարների մտահոգությունները՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունը կարևորելով ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլ նաև քաղաքական առումով: «Չափազանց կարևոր է կենտրոնանալ երկրի անվտանգության խնդիրների վրա, այդ թվում՝ տնտեսական կայունության և մրցունակության բարձրացման միջոցով և ոչ թե քաղաքական հավակնությունները վեր դնել տնտեսական շահերից։ Նման մոտեցման հետևանքների օրինակները մենք կարող ենք տեսնել Վրաստանի իրավիճակում, որտեղ քաղաքական որոշումները բացասաբար են ազդել երկրի կայունության վրա», - շեշտել է «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահը։

Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր գործարարներից մեկն էլ՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ծավալուն հոդված է հրապարակել, հիշեցրել, որ Հայաստանին Եվրամիություն չեն հրավիրել և չեն էլ սպասում: Ծառուկյանը զգուշացրել էր, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու դեպքում գործարարները կարող են կորցնել տարիներով ստեղծածը, իսկ քաղաքացիներին սպառնում է աղքատություն: «Մի սխալ քայլը բառիս բուն իմաստով կարող է չքավորության մատնել միլիոնավոր մարդկանց։ Ես չեմ վախեցնում, ես ասում եմ իրականությունը։ Ես ուզում եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի փորձի պատկերացնել այս հեռանկարը։ Սա նշանակում է կորսված աշխատանք, սնանկացած բիզնես, երեխայի վարձ տալու անհնարինություն, հիպոթեք մարելու խնդիրներ, բուժվելու խնդիրներ, տունը ջեռուցելու խնդիր, ամռանը հանգստի գնալու անհնարինություն։ Դա նշանակում է, որ մեր գյուղմթերքն այլևս չի վաճառվելու ԵԱՏՄ շուկայում, որ կտրուկ աճելու են գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի գները, հետևաբար բարձրանալու են բոլոր ապրանքների գները։ Մեր խնայողությունները նվազելու են։ Մենք այս ամենը 90-ականներին տեսել ենք։ Մենք դա հաղթահարել ենք դժվարությամբ ու երկար տարիների ընթացքում։ Հիմա ուզո՞ւմ ենք հետ գնալ»,- օբյեկտիվ հարցադրում է անում գործարարը։

Իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունը պարտավոր է ականջալուր լինել գործարարներին, հարկատուներին, հատկապես որ, ըստ Փաշինյանի, «հերոսը հարկատուն է»։
