Ծառուկյանի սթափեցնող ուղերձը. Սուրեն Սուրենյանց

Սուրեն Սուրենյանցը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Երբ կառավարության վերջին նիստում հավանության արժանացավ Եվրամիությանը Հայաստանի անդամակցության օրենքի նախագիծը, թվում էր՝ արկածախնդիր այս որոշմանը հետևելու են ոչ թե քաղաքական հայտնի սեգմենտի էյֆորիկ քաջալերանքը, այլ սթափեցնող կարծիքներ, որոնց հիմքում ռեալ հաշվարկներն են՝ տնտեսական, անվտանգային իրողություններից ելնելով:

Մանավանդ, որ ՀՀ արտաքին առևտրաշրջանառության մեջ ԵԱՏՄ մասնաբաժինը կազմել է աննախադեպ բարձր՝ 42,2 տոկոս, իսկ ԵՄ երկրներինը աննախադեպ ցածր՝ 7,5 տոկոս:

Սակայն ռացիոնալ կարծիքները հատուկենտ էին, որոնք, որպես կանոն, խեղդվում են պսևդոարևմտամետ պսիխոզի հորձանուտում:

Մարդիկ չեն կարողանում գիտակցել, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական գլոբալ հակադրության պայմաններում Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի հարաբերությունները նմանվում են զրոյական արդյունքով խաղի ու այդ համատեքստում խիստ վտանգավոր է երկրի ստրատեգիական կողմնորոշումը փոխելու Հայաստանի իշխանության սևեռուն քաղաքականությունը:

Երեկ թեմային ծավալուն կոնցեպտուալ անդրադարձ է կատարել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով հատկապես խոսել է քաղաքական արկածախնդրության տնտեսական կանխատեսելի հետևանքների մասին:

«...Կառավարությունը 2025 թվականը սկսում է ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ անդամակցության գործընթացի մասին հայտարարությամբ՝ հավանություն տալով համապատասխան օրենքի նախագծին։ Չեմ անդրադառնում հարցի քաղաքական տեսանկյանը՝ առ այն, որ ԵՄ մեզ չեն հրավիրել, և այնտեղ մեզ չեն սպասում։ Ես խոսում եմ բացառապես տնտեսական տեսանկյունից՝ այն մասին, որ այս քայլն ուղղակի կարող է բերել մեր երկրի տնտեսական փլուզմանը։ Իմ այս խոսքերն ունեն երկու հասցեատեր. առաջին՝ բիզնես համայնքը, որը բոլորից լավ գիտի, թե ժամանակակից աշխարհում ինչքան դժվար է արտահանման շուկաներ գտնելը և պահելը, և շատ լավ գիտի, որ 1-2 չմտածված, չհաշվարկված քայլ շատ արագ կարող է բերել կորուստների, սնանկացման և ամբողջ կյանքի ընթացքում ստեղծածի փոշիացմանը։

Երկրորդ հասցեատերը ժողովուրդն է, որի կենսամակարդակը կարող է կտրուկ վատանալ։ Մի սխալ քայլը բառիս բուն իմաստով կարող է չքավորության մատնել միլիոնավոր մարդկանց։ Ես չեմ վախեցնում, ես ասում եմ իրականությունը»,- գրել է Ծառուկյանը:

Պարոն Ծառուկյանն, ըստ էության, հասարակության, բիզնես էլիտայի պոզիտիվ կոնսոլիդացիայի կոչ է անում, սթափության ուղերձ է հասցեագրում արժեք ստեղծող ու իրենց քրտինքով ապրող մարդկանց՝ թույլ չտալ չմտածված մի շրջադարձ, որի գինը կարող է դառնալ պետականության կոլապսը:

Հոդվածի վերջաբանում Ծառուկյանն, ըստ էության, ձևակերպում է այսօրվա գլխավոր իմպերատիվը, այն է՝ հասարակության և ներհայկական կոնսոլիդացիայի ճանապարհով հիմքեր ստեղծել բալանսավորված արտաքին քաղաքականության իրականացման համար:

«Երբեք չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որ աշխարհի ուժեղների աշխարհաքաղաքական բաժանումները դառնան ներհայկական պառակտման առիթ։ Մեզ չի կարելի բաժանել արևմտամետների, ռուսամետների և այլն։ Լրիվ հակառակը. մենք պետք է լինենք կամուրջ՝ հաշվի առնելով մեր ազգի յուրահատկությունը։ Բայց դրա համար առաջին հերթին պետք է ինքներս լինենք կամրջված, համերաշխ ներքուստ։ Աշխարհաքաղաքական հատկանիշներով մեր ազգի պառակտումը թշնամու գործն է, նրա երազանքը։ Մենք չպետք է տրվենք դրան»,- գրել է Ծառուկյանը:
