Խոշորամասշտաբ նախաձեռնություն. նոր շունչ կհաղորդվի պատմական ևս մեկ կոթողի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Գաղտնիք չէ, որ խորհրդային տարիներին կոմունիստական իշխանությունների կողմից բազմաթիվ եկեղեցիներ են ավերվել ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետություններում, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանում: Դրանցից մեկը Գեղամավան գյուղի Սուրբ խաչ սրբավայրն է, որը քանդվել է 1938 թվականին, իսկ դրա տեղը բոլշևիկները պահեստ են սարքել: Ի դեպ, եկեղեցին պահեստի վերածելու այս գործելաոճը բնութագրական է շատ համայնքների պարագայում:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, տարածքի ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել է հնագույն՝ մոտ 5-րդ դարի երկու խաչքար: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ սրբավայրն ինքն էլ բավական հին պատմություն ունի: Եվ ահա, ՌԴ Պետդումայի Ազգային հարցերով հանձնաժողովի փորձագետ, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության վարչության անդամ, ՌՀՄ նախագահի՝ Մոսկվայում և Մոսկվայի նահանգում լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ Արտյոմ Վարդանյանը, որը ծնունդով գեղամավանցի է, որոշել է նոր շունչ հաղորդել այդ կոթողին: Նա նախաձեռնել է խոշորամասշտաբ շինարարություն, որի արդյունքում ոչ թե սոսկ եկեղեցի, այլ մեծ սրբավայր է կառուցվելու՝ ներառելով նաև պահեստի տարածքը:

Մեզ հետ զրույցում այս տեղեկությունը հաստատեց Վարդանյանը՝ նշելով, որ ինքը չի ցանկանում սոսկ շարքային մի եկեղեցի կառուցել, ուստի անհրաժեշտ կլինի մոտ երկու տարի, որպեսզի ավարտին հասցվի ոչ միայն սրբավայրի շինարարությունը, այլև բոլոր ենթակառուցվածքները:
