Ինչ կենսագրություն ունի ՔԿ նախագահի նորանշանակ տեղակալ Արթուր Նահապետյանը

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որոշմամբ այսօր ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի տեղակալ է նշանակվել Արթուր Նահապետյանը։ Նա մինչ այս զբաղեցնում էր Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը։

Արթուր Նահապետյանը ծնվել է 1990 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 7-ին, Գյումրի քաղաքում:

1997-2007 թթ․ սովորել է Գյումրու «Ֆրանց Վերֆելի անվան թիվ 40» միջնակարգ դպրոցում: 2007-2011 թթ. սովորել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության ակադեմիայի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում բակալավրի որակավորմամբ: 2013-2015 թթ. սովորել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության ակադեմիայի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետում մագիստրոսի որակավորմամբ: 

Ունի աշխատանքային մեծ փորձ։ 12.08.2011-21.06.2013 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի քննչական բաժնում` որպես քննիչ։ 21.06.2013-01.02.2014 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի քննչական բաժնի Գյումրի քաղաքի Կումայրիի քննչական բաժանմունքում` որպես քննիչ։ 01.02.2014-08.10.2014 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Շիրակի մարզի քննչական բաժնի Գյումրի քաղաքի Կումայրիի քննչական բաժանմունքում` որպես ավագ քննիչ։ 08.10.2014-10.09.2015 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում` որպես հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ։ 18.09.2015-18.04.2017 թթ. աշխատել է Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունում` որպես դատախազ։ 18.04.2017-25.06.2018 թթ. զբաղեցրել է Շիրակի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնը: 01.09.2017-03.09.2018 թթ. աշխատել է «Շիրակի Մ.Նալբադյանի անվան պետական համալսարան» հիմնադրամի «Իրավագիտության և քաղաքագիտության» ամբիոնում որպես դասախոս:

Այնուհետև, 10.07.2018-21.01.2019 թթ. աշխատել է ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության վարչությունում` որպես թիվ 1 բաժնի պետ: 08.07.2019-17.06.2020 թթ. զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությունում որպես սոցիալական ոլորտի վերահսկողության վարչության պետի տեղակալի պաշտոնը։ 10.06.2020-01.10.2020 թթ․ եղել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտում որպես «հատուկ քննչական ծառայողների` իրենց պաշտոնական դիրքի կապակցությամբ հանցակցությամբ կամ նրանց հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ գործերով, ինչպես նաև կոռուպցիոն, կազմակերպված և պաշտոնեական հանցագործությունների գործերով քննության» բաժնի պետ: 01.10.2020-17.03.2023 թթ․ զբաղեցրել է ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտ պետի տեղակալ պաշտոնը։ 17.03.2023-15.06.2023 թթ. նախագահի հրամանագրով նշանակվել է վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանում կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների գործերով բողոքարկման ենթակա դատական ակտերի վերանայումն իրականացնող առանձին դատավորի պաշտոնում: 15.06.2023 թթ. մինչ օրս զբաղեցնում էր Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի դատավորի պաշտոնը:

Նա ունի արդարադատության մայորի և պահեստազորի փոխգնդապետի կոչում։

Ամուսնացած է, ունի մեկ երեխա:
