Կանխվել է Հայաստանով Վրաստան մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով թմրանյութի տեղափոխումը (տեսանյութ)

Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում դեկտեմբերի 19-ին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով Իրանից մոտ 13 կգ մարիխուանա Հայաստանով Վրաստան տեղափոխելու մասին:

Տեղեկությունն անմիջապես փոխանցվել է քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչություն։

Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Քրեական ոստիկանության թմրամիջոցների անօրինական շրջանառության դեմ պայքարի վարչության ծառայողները համագործակցելով քննչական կոմիտերի և Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզական բաժնի գործընկերների հետ իրականացրել են ծավալուն աշխատանք։ Իջևան քաղաքում ձերբակալվել են 31-ամյա և 29-ամյա երկու երիտասարդ և վերջինիս «Օպել» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով հանդերձ տեղափոխվել բաժին։

Մեքենայում հայտնաբերվել է սև գունի թափանցիկ կպչուն ժապավենով փաթեթավորված մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցով 3 պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթ՝ համապատասխանաբար 4 կգ 460 գրամ, 4 կգ 490 գրամ և 4 կգ 655 գրամ:

Պարզվել է, որ 31-ամյա երիտասարդը թմրամիջոցը պետք է փոխանցեր գնացքի մեքենավարի օգնական աշխատող 34-ամյա տղամարդուն, որը, նախնական պայմանավորվածության համաձայն, հերթական անգամ թմրամիջոցը մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով կտեղափոխեր Վրաստան:

Մեքենավարի օգնական 34-ամյա տղամարդը Ալավերդու Սանահին կայարանում նշված փաթեթները ստանալու պահին ձերբակալվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին:

Նախաքննությամբ նաև պարզվել է, որ Իրանի քաղաքացու հետ թմրամիջոցը Հայաստան, այնուհետև Վրաստան տեղափոխելու պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերել համացանցում թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի իրացմամբ զբաղվող հարթակներից մեկի օգտատերը։

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական միջոցառումներով պարզվել են նշված հարթակը կառավարող անձանց ինքնությունները:

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում, դատարանի որոշմամբ, խուզարկություններ են կատարվել 31-ամյա և 25-ամյա երիտասարների բնակության վայրերում։

Հայտնաբերվել է 302 փաթեթ, ընդհանուր՝ 632 գրամ մարիխուանա տեսակի թմրամիջոցով: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Իրանից թմրամիջոցները ուղարկողի և նրան Հայաստանում օժանդակած անձանց ինքնությունները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
