Փաշինյանը Լուկաշենկոյին որպես «միջոց» է օգտագործում

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, պատճառաբանելով քովիդի դրական թեստը, երեկ հեռավար է մասնակցել ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստին, որն այս անգամ էլ անցել է Բելառուսի նախագահի հետ լեզվակռվով։ Վեճը սկսվել է, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախապես հայտարարել է, թե հայկական պատվիրակությունը հաջորդ տարվա մայիսին Մինսկում կայանալիք Եվրասիական բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստին կմասնակցի հեռավար՝ տեսակապի միջոցով։

«Ո՞րն է ձեր խնդիրը, շատ հեռու ե՞ք Մինսկից», - հարց է բարձրացրել Լուկաշենկոն: Փաշինյանը պատասխանել է, թե արդեն արել է իր հրապարակային հայտարարությունը, և այն մնում է ուժի մեջ։ «Չեմ կարծում, որ սա ճիշտ ձևաչափ է այս հարցերը քննարկելու համար», - ասել է նա։

Ի պատասխան՝ Լուկաշենկոն հայտարարել է, թե դեռ կքննարկեն Հայաստանի դիմումը: «Ի՞նչ կա քննարկելու», - Փաշինյանի հարցին էլ նա հակադարձել է.- «Գուցե հեռուստացույց չլինի, որպեսզի կարողանաք խոսել հեռակա կարգով»։ «Խնդիր չկա»,- եզրափակել է Փաշինյանը, հավելելով. - «Ես հասկանում եմ, Ձեզ մոտ գուցե նաև հեռուստացույցն է դարձել խնդիր, մենք դրան ըմբռնումով ենք մոտենում»:

Վեճից հետո Փաշինյանը Ֆեյսբուքում գրել է, թե,- «ՀՀ պատվիրակությունները Բելառուսում անցկացվելիք ԵԱՏՄ նիստերին կմասնակցեն հեռավար կամ չեն մասնակցի»։

Բելառուսի նախագահի կսմթոցներին հայկական կողմը տևական ժամանակ չէր պատասխանում, բայց վերջին շրջանում բավական կոշտ են արձագանքում։ Ըստ վերլուծաբանների, թե՛ ՌԴ չմեկնելը, և թե՛ ԵԱՏՄ նիստի ժամանակ Բելառուսի նախագահի հետ վեճը մեկ նպատակ են հետապնդում` ՌԴ–ից ՀՀ–ն հեռացնելը, և դա թելադրվում է Արևմուտքի կողմից։ Իսկ Լուկաշենկոն իր անխոհեմ պահվածքով լավ հնարավորություն է դարձել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար։ Անմիջապես ՌԴ-ին կամ նրա նախագահին ուղիղ եթերում կսմթելը չափազանց վտանգավոր է, ուստի կարելի է խայթել նրա «ենթակային»՝ դրանով տպավորություն ստեղծելով, թե խայթում են բուն ՌԴ-ին։ Իհարկե, անելիք ունեն նաև ռուսները, այն է՝ զսպեն Լուկաշենկոյին, բացատրեն, որ իր պահվածքով միայն հնարավորություն է տալիս ՀՀ իշխանություններին՝ փլուզել գործող կառուցակարգերը։
