Տնտեսության վատատեսական սցենարներն իրականանում են

Ամիսներ շարունակ գրում ենք, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը չափազանց ծանր վիճակում է հայտնվելու, իսկ իշխանության ապիկար քաղաքականությունը, ի վերջո, հանգեցնելու է ծանր հետևանքների։ Այս տարի Հայաստանում նախատեսվածից 200 մլրդ դրամ կամ ավելի քան կես միլիարդ դոլարի պակաս հարկ է հավաքվել: Գործադիրն էլ ստիպված է եղել ծախսել 130 մլրդ դրամանոց պահուստային ֆոնդի 100 մլրդը։ Պատճառն այն է, որ բյուջեն կազմելիս սխալ են հաշվարկել, հաշվի չեն առել բացասական գործոններ, որոնք նկատվել են տարվա ընթացքում, այդ թվում՝ ռելոկանտների զգալի մասի հեռացումը Հայաստանից։

Չնայած այս թվերին, ֆինանսների նախարարը շարունակում է պնդել, թե մեծ խնդիրներ չեն առաջանա։ Գործող իշխանությունների մոտեցումները հասկանալի են, փորձում են հանրությանը համոզել, որ անհանգստանալու պատճառ չկա, մյուս կողմից էլ ահռելի մեծացնելու են պետական պարտքը։ Հատկապես, որ եկող տարին նախընտրական է լինելու, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը փորձում է շեղել հանրությանը, զերծ պահել բողոքներից ու դժգոհություններից։

Վարչախումբը, որ կառավարման վեց տարիներին կրկնապատկել է գրեթե երեք տասնամյակի պետական պարտքը, այսօր զբաղված է մեկ բանով, ամեն կերպ վերարտադրվելով, խորապես թքած ունի, թե հաջորդ սերունդների վզին պարտքի ինչ բեռ է մնալու։
