Փաշինյանը վերջնականապես փչացնում է հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի մասնակցի այսօր Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին: Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում նա հայտարարել է, թե դեկտեմբերի 23-ին, քովիդի դրական ախտորոշում է ունեցել, դեկտեմբերի 23-ին և 24-ին մեկուսացել ու աշխատել է կեցավայրից, իսկ այսօր ախտորոշումն արդեն բացասական է և վերադառնում է աշխատանքային սովորական ռեժիմի, այսուհանդերձ Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ մեկնելու հարցով «խորհրդակցել է գործընկերների հետ»։

Մինչև օրվա վերջ էլ որոշում է կայացնելու՝ մասնակցե՞լ վաղը ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի նիստին, թե՞ ոչ։ Ըստ ամենայնի, ԵԱՏՄ նիստից էլ խուսափելու է, թեպետ Հայաստանն է ներկայումս նախագահում ԵԱՏՄ-ում։ Ըստ կանոնադրության, կառույցի բարձագույն խորհրդի նիստերը պետք է անցկացվեն նախագահող երկրում: Մինչդեռ նոյեմբերի վերջին Ռուսաստանի նախագահի օգնականը հայտնեց, որ սպասվող հավաքը հայկական կողմի խնդրանքով կայանալու է ոչ թե նախագահող պետության՝ Հայաստանի, այլ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում, սակայն այն կնախագահի ՀՀ վարչապետը։ Օրեր անց Փաշինյանը խորհրդարանում պարզաբանեց, թե անձամբ ինքն է նման որոշում կայացրել՝ շեշտելով՝ «ԵԱՏՄ բարձրագույն տնտեսական խորհրդի ոչ բոլոր անդամներն են ցանկալի Հայաստանի համար»։

Ավանդաբար, ԱՊՀ երկրների ղեկավարների ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթնաժողովին Հայաստանը մասնակցել է, այդ թվում՝ անցած տարի։ Իսկ ԵԱՏՄ մասով պաշտոնական Երևանը երբևէ վերապահումներ չի հայտնել՝ գիտակցելով, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն է ապահովում ՀՀ տնտեսության առյուծի բաժինը։

Այժմ, երբ քովիդի «փնթի և մանկական կռուտիտով» հրաժարվում է մասնակցել, արդյո՞ք գիտակցում է, թե ինչ հարված է հասցնում Հայաստանին։ Մեծ հաշվով՝ այո։ Սա Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմի որդեգրած քաղաքականության արդյունքն է, իսկ հետևանքները պարզ կդառնան առաջիկայում։
