Մեկ աղբյուր` 700 բնակիչ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Շիրակի մարզի Սարակապ համայնքի գերագույն խնդիրը խմելու ջրի բացակայությունն է։

Համայնքում խմելու ջուր չկա, գյուղի մեկ աղբյուրը սպասարկում է ամբողջ գյուղին՝ 700 բնակչի։

Գյուղացիները դժգոհում են, որ իրենք օրվա մեծ մասը ջրի ճամփին են անցկացնում, իսկ միակ աղբյուրի մոտ ժամեր են անցկացնում՝ սպասելով ջրի իրենց հերթին։ Առավել անելանելի վիճակում են Սարակապի ծայրամասային փողոցների բնակիչները, ովքեր օրվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ 1,5 կիլոմետր են անցնում խմելու ջուր վերցնելու համար։ Պետական ծրագրով ջրի խնդրի լուծման ուղղությամբ քայլեր ձեռնարկվել են, սակայն դրանք ամբողջությամբ կյանքի չեն կոչվել, համայնքապետարանը համաֆինանսավորելու գումար չի ունեցել:

Սարակապցիները ֆինանսական վատ վիճակում են գտնվում, անվճարունակ են։ «Գյուղի վիճակն անտանելի է։ Գումար չունեն, գյուղում հազիվ 2–3 տնտեսություն գտնես, որ զարգացած են, գյուղտեխնիկա ունեն և կարող են ապրել»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ասացին սարակապցիները:

Գյուղատնտեսության հույսով ապրող սարակապցիները մի կերպ են գոյատևում։ Ոռոգման ջուր չունեցող գյուղում անցյալ տարի 78 օր անձրև չի եկել, կարտոֆիլ, ցորեն չեն կարողացել ստանալ։ Հուսահատության շեմին կանգնած սարակապցիները լքում են համայնքը:
