Պետությունը պարտավոր է օրենքով սահմանել նոր պետական պարգև`«Հարգելի ուսուցիչ» անվանակոչմամբ. Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.
Պետական պարգև 30մլն. դրամ

1500-ից ավել նամակ եմ ստացել, որտեղ ինձ հարցնում են, թե ինչո՞ւ եմ մեծ ուշադրություն դարձնում մանկավարժներին, նրանց գործունեությանը:

Ես խորապես վստահ եմ, որ առողջ, գրագետ և ժամանակակից աշխարհում իսկապես մրցունակ քաղաքացի՝ նոր սերունդ ունենալու համար պետք է ունենալ բարձր որակավորում ունեցող և սոցիալական ապահովության պայմաններում ապրող մանկավարժների` ուսուցիչների և դասախոսների խավ: Հատկապես այսօր, երբ մանկավարժները ունեն լուրջ մրցակից՝ ի դեմս ինտերնետի, որն այսօր իր վրա է վերցրել մանկավարժների ֆունկցիաների մեծ մասը և փորձում է մանկավարժներին այլընտրանք հանդիսանալով, իր քաղաքական պատվերների արդյունքում սերունդ կրթել։ Իսկ այն, որ ինտերնետի թիկունքում կա քաղաքական պատվեր` անքննելի է:

Ամեն անգամ հիշելով մանկավարժներին, մտաբերում եմ Իտալիայի միավորման համար պայքարող քաղաքական մեծագույն գործիչներից մեկի՝ Մասսիմո դե Ադջելոյի հայտնի խոսքերը «Мы создали Италию, теперь осталось создать итальянцев »։
Եվ հիմա մենք ստեղծել ենք Հայաստան, բայց հայաստանցիներին, որոնք պետք է այդ Հայաստանը հզորացնեն և դարձնեն մրցունակ ու բարգավաճ պետություն, պետք է կերտեն հայ մանկավարժները` Հայաստանի պետական շահերից և հայ ժողովրդի ազգային երազանքներից բխող արժեհամակարգով և կրթական համալիրով:
 
Այո՜, պետությունը պարտավոր է օրենքով սահմանել նոր պետական պարգև`
«Հարգելի ուսուցիչ» անվանակոչմամբ։ Այն պետք է հավասարազոր լինի «Ազգային հերոս» կոչմանը և դրան արժանացող մանկավարժը ստանա 30 մլն. դրամ պետական պարգև։
