Փաշինյանի իշխանությունը որոշել է անվերադարձ փակել ռուսական հեռուստաալիքները

Անցնող տարվա ընթացքում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները մի քանի անգամ լեզվակռիվներ են ունեցել ՀՀ տարածքում հեռարձակվող հեռուստատեսային և ռադիոալիքների հարցով։ Հիշեցնենք, ՀՌՀ-ն տարեսկզբին արգելափակել էր Վլադիմիր Սոլովյովի հեղինակային երկու հաղորդումների հեռարձակումը Հայաստանում՝ հիմնավորելով, որ դրանք խախտում են զանգվածային հաղորդակցության երկկողմ համաձայնագրի պայմանները։

Ամիսներ անց հայկական կողմը երեք օրով կասեցրեց «Առաջին ալիքի» հեռարձակումը՝ հիմնավորելով, որ չեն վճարել հեռարձակման գումարը։ Ավելի վաղ հայկական եթերից Հեռուստատեսության և ռադիոյի հանձնաժողովը 30 օրով կասեցրել էր նաև «Սպուտնիկ» ռադիոկայանի գործունեությունը՝ «Ուրբաթը Տիգրան Քեոսայանի հետ» հաղորդման, ինչպես նաև ևս 5 թողարկումներում խախտումներ արձանագրելու պատճառով։

Այսօր արգելափակված են մնում միայն Սոլովյովի հաղորդումները, բայց պաշտոնական Երևանը դիմել էր ռուսական կողմին միջպետական համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ անելու առաջարկներով։ Այդ համաձայնագրով է կարգավորվում ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների հեռարձակումը ՀՀ տարածքում։ Տարին արդեն ավարտվում է, իսկ ռուսական կողմը չի շտապում պատասխան տալ։ Սա հնարավորություն է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության համար՝ փակելու ռուսական ալիքները։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանն արդեն կայացրել է այդ որոշումը արևմտյան հովանավորների պահանջով, և առաջիկայում, հանկարծակի հայտարարվելու է ալիքները փակելու որոշման մասին։

Գործող իշխանությունները նյարդայնանում են ռուսական ալիքներով Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմի դեմ հաղորդումներից, և ամեն ինչ անելու են ալիքները փակելու համար։
