Գումար տեղափոխող 21 չվերթ, 2 տոննա եվրո և դոլար. ինչ է Ասադը տարել ՌԴ

Սիրիայի իշխանությունները միլիոնավոր դոլարներով եւ եվրոյով թղթադրամներով ինքնաթիռներ էին ուղարկում Ռուսաստան, երբ նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը դեռ իշխանության ղեկին էր: Այս մասին գրում Է Financial Times-ը՝ վկայակոչելով գաղտնի փաստաթղթերը:

Պարբերականի տվյալներով՝ փոխանցումն իրականացվել է 2018-2019 թվականներին, իսկ միջոցները պատկանել են Սիրիայի կենտրոնական բանկին։ Ընդ որում, ինչպես նշել Է լրատվամիջոցի իրազեկ աղբյուրը, նշված ժամանակահատվածում երկրում նկատվել է արտարժույթի սուր դեֆիցիտ։

«Այդ ժամանակ պահուստները գրեթե զրոյական էին»,- ընդգծել է նա։

Չնայած դրան, Ասադի կառավարությունը Մոսկվայի «Վնուկովո» օդանավակայան է ուղարկել 250 մլն դոլարին համարժեք դոլարով և եվրոյով գումար, 100 դոլար և 500 եվրո արժեքով թղթադրամները կշռում էին մոտ 2 տոննա:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2018-ի մարտից մինչև 2019-ի սեպտեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել է գումար տեղափոխող 21 չվերթ: Ռուսաստան ներմուծված բոլոր միջոցները հետագայում տեղակայվել են ռուսական բանկերում։ Բացի այդ, Ասադի ընտանիքը Ռուսաստանում գաղտնի ակտիվներ է ձեռք բերել, այդ թվում՝ էլիտար անշարժ գույք։ Մասնավորապես, նրանք Մոսկվա-Սիթի էլիտար թաղամասում գնել են առնվազն 19 շքեղ բնակարան՝ առնվազն 40 մլն դոլար ընդհանուր արժեքով։

2018-2019 թվականներին, երբ Սիրիայի կենտրոնական բանկը ինքնաթիռներով կանխիկ գումար էր տեղափոխում Մոսկվա, Ասադի ռեժիմը մեծապես կախված էր ռուսական ռազմական աջակցությունից, հիշեցնում Է FT-ն։

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի վերջին սիրիական ընդդիմությունը, որտեղ գլխավոր դերը կատարում է «Հայաթ Թահրիր աշ-Շամ» խմբավորումը, Իդլիբ նահանգից հարձակում է սկսել նախ Սիրիայի մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաքի՝ Հալեպի, ապա նաև մայրաքաղաք Դամասկոսի վրա: Դեկտեմբերի 8-ին ապստամբները հայտարարեցին Ասադի ռեժիմի տապալման մասին։

59-ամյա Ասադը, որը նախագահի պաշտոնում էր 2000 թվականից, վայր է դրել Սիրիայի նախագահի լիազորությունները և մեկնել Ռուսաստան, որտեղ ապաստան է ստացել: Bloomberg-ի տվյալներով՝ Ասադին անվտանգ տարհանել համոզել են ռուսական իշխանությունները, իսկ փախուստը կազմակերպել են ռուսական հետախուզության աշխատակիցները: Նրանք Սիրիայի նախագահին դուրս են հանել՝ օգտագործելով ռուսական ավիաբազան։ Օդանավում, որով տանում էին Ասադին, անջատել են տրանսպոնդերը՝ հսկողությունից խուսափելու համար։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը պահանջել է բացատրել, թե ինչու ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունները չեն նկատել Ասադի ռեժիմի աճող սպառնալիքը, քանի դեռ շատ ուշ չէ, պնդում է Կրեմլին մոտ կանգնած Bloomberg-ի աղբյուրը:
