Աբու Դաբիում 1 մլրդ դոլար արժեքով արևային ֆերմա են ստեղծելու

ԱՄԷ-ից երկու ընկերություններ նախատեսում են Աբու Դաբիում կառուցել երկրի ամենամեծ արևային ֆերման՝ կրիպտոարժույթի մայնինգի համար, որի գնահատված արժեքը կազմում է 1 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, նպատակ ունենալով բավարարել մայնինգի ոլորտի էներգետիկ կարիքները:

Կլիմայական տեխնոլոգիաների ֆինանսավորման Gigatons պլատֆորմի և Hearst բլոկչեյն-ընկերության միջև համագործակցությունը նպատակաուղղված է ստեղծել ֆինանսական ոլորտի կայուն հիմքեր՝ ինչպես նշվել է ԱՄԷ-ի մայրաքաղաքում անցկացված Bitcoin Mena կոնֆերանսի ժամանակ:

Նախագծի առաջին փուլը նախատեսում է հասնել 50-ից 100 ՄՎտ հզորության, և սպասվում է, որ արևային ֆերմայի առավելագույն արտադրողականությունը կբերի 1 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի ներդրում, նշել է Hearst-ի գլխավոր գործառնական տնօրեն Լոիկ Ռիչչին: Ընկերությունները կսկսեն արևային ֆերմայի ստեղծման աշխատանքները գաղափարի ստուգումից, ինչը կարժենա մոտ 10 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ յուրաքանչյուր մեգավատը կարժենա «մի քանի տասնյակ միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար»։ «Մենք առաջ կշարժվենք աստիճանաբար՝ սկսելով 10 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարից, այնուհետև կներդնենք ևս 100 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար…», - ավելացրել է պարոն Ռիչչին:

Սպասվում է, որ համատեղ ձեռնարկության ստեղծման գործընթացը կավարտվի ընթացիկ տարվա ավարտին, երբ ընկերությունները կստանան կարգավորող մարմինների հաստատումը, իսկ արևային ֆերմայի կառուցումը նախատեսված է 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում։

Կրիպտոարժույթի մայնինգը ներկայացնում է թվային ակտիվների ստացման գործընթացը, ամենահայտնին՝ բիթքոինը: Կրիպտոարժույթները պաշտպանված են բլոկչեյն տեխնոլոգիայով: Այնուամենայնիվ, այս գործընթացը էներգատար է, քանի որ մայներներին անհրաժեշտ է մեծ քանակությամբ էլեկտրաէներգիա կրիպտոարժույթի մայնինգի համար։ Crypto.com կայքի տվյալներով, բարձր արդյունավետությամբ մայնինգի սարքավորումներ ունեցող մասնագիտացված մայնինգային ընկերություններն օգտագործում են մոտ 155 հազար կՎտ-ժամ էլեկտրաէներգիա մեկ բիթքոինի ստացման համար:
