Բացակայություններ և վերաքնություններ, ահազանգեր դպրոցներից․ ի՞նչ է տեղի ունենում կրթական ոլորտում

Ինչպես MediaHub-ը բազմիցս գրել է՝ կրթության ոլորտին վերաբերող խնդիրների վերաբերյալ մենք պարբերաբար ահազանգեր ենք ստանում: Վերջին տարիներին ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունն այնքան փոփոխություններ է արել՝ դասագրքերի բովանդակության, կրթական որակի, գնահատման համակարգի և այլ ասպեկտների մասով, որ ծնողները  պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնում են իրենց հուզող բխնդիրները:

Ծնողները, ահա, MediaHub-ին հերթական անգամ ահազանգեցին՝ աշակերտների բացակաների մասով մեծ խնդիր կա դպրոցներում, քանի որ անգամ հարգելի բացակայությունները հաշվի այլևս չեն առնվում։ Եվ եթե, օրինակ, երեխան հիվանդանում է, բացակայում է ավելի քան 10 օր, անգամ բժշկից թուղթ ներկայացնելու դեպքում էլ երեխան մնում է վերաքննության։ 

Ինչո՞ւ այլևս հարգելի բացակայությունները հաշվի չեն առնվում, և աշակերտները ստիպված են մնալ վերաքննության․ MediaHub-ն այս հարցն ուղղեց ԿԳՄՍ փոխնախարար Արաքսիա Սվաջյանին։ 

Փոխնախարարն ընդունեց, որ բացակայությունների հարցն իրենց էլ է մտահոգում: «Պարտադիր կրթությունից դուրս մնացած երեխաների կարգում առանձնացրել ենք երկու կատեգորիա՝ դուրս մնացած երեխաներ և ռիսկի տակ գտնվող երեխաներ։ Ռիսկի տակ գտնվող երեխաներն այն երեխաներն են, ովքեր հաճախում են ուսումնական հաստատություններ, գրանցված են որևէ դպրոցում, բայց ունենում են պարբերաբական բացակայություններ»,— նշեց Սվաջյանը։

Այդ դեպքում, ինչպես նշեց փոխնախարարը, ավտոմատ կերպով երեխան համարվում է կրթությունից դուրս մնալու ռիսկի տակ, իսկ եթե երեխան իրոք հիվանդ է, և բժշկի թուղթ կա, ապա տնօրենը կարող է նշում կատարել, որ հարգելի պատճառով է և այդ դեպքում երեխան ռիսկի խմբից դուրս է գալիս։

«Օրերս եմ ստորագրել մի գրություն, որով շրջաբերական են ուղարկելու դպրոցներին, որ բացակայություններն ավելի պատշաճ անեն։ Ցավոք սրտի, մենք ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ դպրոցները պատշաճ չեն վարում տեղեկատվական համակարգում հաճախումները»,– ասաց փոխնախարարը։

Ըստ Սվաջյանի՝ ծնողները նախարարությանը նույնպես ահազանգում են, խնդիրը դեռ կա: «Ուսուցիչները պարտավոր են բացակայությունները ֆիքսել, այստեղ «լավամարդ» կամ «վատամարդ» լինելու գաղափարը չպիտի լինի ուսուցիչների գլխում, նրանք պետք է ոչ թե դիտարկեն, որ բացակա դնելը երեխային կամ ծնողին անհարմար իրավիճակի մեջ դնելու իրավիճակ է, այլ պետք է հասկանան, որ պարտավոր են բացակայությունները ֆիքսել։ Ինչ վերաբերում է վերաքննություններին կամ տվյալ առարկայից ստուգարքներին. եթե երեխան յուրաքանչյուր կիսամյակում 60 ժամ ունի բացակայություն, ապա միայն այդ դեպքում է մնում վերաքննության, իսկ եթե բժշկի թուղթ է ներկայացնում, ապա այդ դեպքում վերաքննություն չի պահանջվում»,– ասաց փոխնախարարը։
