ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց 2025 թ․ պետական բյուջեն

Ազգային ժողովը առաջին ու երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ և ամբողջությամբ քննարկեց և ընդունեց դեկտեմբերի 3-ին մեկնարկած նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված նախագծերը, այդ թվում՝ համաձայնագրերը:

Առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունված նախագծերի թվում էր «Պետական տուրքի մասին» օրենքում փոփոխություններ կատարելու նախագիծը, որով առաջարկվում է բարձրացնել քաղաքացիություն ստանալու և քաղաքացիությունը դադարեցնելու համար նախատեսված պետական տուրքը: Առաջարկվում է քաղաքացիության շնորհման համար 1000 դրամ պետական տուրքի փոխարեն սահմանել 50 հազար պետական տուրք, իսկ դադարեցման 25 հազար դրամի փոխարեն՝ 150 հազար պետական տուրք: Փախստականների համար կգործի տուրքից ազատման բաղադրիչ. դա կվերաբերի ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանվածներին:

Ամբողջությամբ ընդունվեց նաև 2025 թվականի պետբյուջեի նախագծի վերանայված տարբերակը, համաձայն որի՝ փոփոխվել են եկամուտները, ծախսերը, դեֆիցիտը: Վերանայված նախագծով ՀՆԱ-ն կանխատեսվել է 10 տրլն 891 մլրդ դրամ, տնտեսական աճը՝ 5,1%: Նշված ցուցանիշները սկզբնական նախագծի համեմատ փոփոխվել են նվազման ուղղությամբ, համապատասխանաբար, 158 մլրդ դրամով և 0,5 տոկոսային կետով: Այս նախագծին խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությունը դեմ քվեարկեց:

Ընդունվեց նաև «ՀՀ-ի և Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի միջև Կայունացման և զարգացման եվրասիական հիմնադրամի միջոցներից «Քաջարանի թունելի շինարարություն» ծրագրի ֆինանսավորման համար ներդրումային վարկի տրամադրման մասին» համաձայնագիրը վավերացնելու մասին նախագիծը, որով նախատեսվում է տրամադրել 200 մլն դոլարի վարկ՝ Քաջարանի թունելի շինարարության և Մ2 ճանապարհի մի հատվածի վերակառուցման ինժեներաշինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման համար: Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է իրականացնել շուրջ 7 կմ երկարությամբ Քաջարանի թունելի կառուցման և գոյություն ունեցող Մ2 ճանապարհի շուրջ 4 կմ երկարությամբ հատվածի վերակառուցման աշխատանքները:

Ազգային ժողովի՝ դեկտեմբերի 3-ին մեկնարկած նիստի օրակարգը սպառվեց: Նիստի ավարտից կես ժամ անց կգումարվի Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստ:
