Ռուսերենը մեր «երկրորդ մայրենին» է կամ ոմանց վարդագույն երազանքը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մեր հյուրն է լեզվաբան Դավիթ Գյուրջինյանը

– Պարո՛ն Գյուրջինյան, ԿԳ նախարարությունը դպրոցներում ռուսաց լեզվի դասավանդման հայեցակարգ է մշակել: Հայեցակարգով առաջարկվում է ռուսաց լեզվի ուսուցում այս կամ այն առարկայական ոլորտում (ֆիզիկա, մաթեմատիկա, աշխարհագրություն և այլն): Այսինքն՝ ավագ դպրոցում մի շարք առարկաներից որոշ թեմաների՝ հայերենին զուգահեռ դասավանդում: Որքանո՞վ է նպատակային այս հայեցակարգը:

– Ռուսաց լեզվի դասավանդման հայեցակարգ կարող էր մշակվել: Նույն ձևով կարող էր մշակվել, օրինակ, հայոց պատմության կամ հայ գրականության, ինչպես նաև մաթեմատիկայի կամ կենսաբանության դասավանդման հայեցակարգ: Նպատակադրումը հստակ պիտի լինի՝ տվյալ առարկայի դասավանդման բարելավումը: Ասում եք՝ «Առաջարկվում է ռուսաց լեզվի ուսուցում այս կամ այն առարկայական ոլորտում»: Սա արդեն այլ խնդիր է: Հայկական դպրոցում որևէ առարկայի, ասենք՝ աշխարհագրության կամ պատմության դասավանդումը որևէ օտար լեզվով (տվյալ դեպքում ռուսերեն) անպատկերացնելի է: 11 տարի դասավանդվում է այդ լեզուն: Թող լավ դասագրքեր ստեղծվեն, որակյալ դասավանդում լինի, աշակերտները կտիրապետեն ռուսաց լեզվին, կկարողանան ազատ հաղորդակցվել ինչպես բանավոր, այնպես էլ գրավոր: Դուք կարծում եք, թե որևէ առարկա ռուսերեն դասավանդելու դեպքում վիճակը կփոխվի՞: Բնավ: Առհասարակ լեզուների, այդ թվում և հայերենի ճիշտ դասավանդման լուրջ խնդիր կա Հայաստանում: Ըստ իս, հայերենի դասավանդման հայեցակարգն ավելի հրատապ է:

– Ի՞նչ եք կարծում, արժե՞ր ռուսերենը նման ձևով առանձնացնել օտար լեզուներից:

– Ռուսաց լեզուն օտար լեզու է մեզ համար, ինչպես անգլերենը, ֆրանսերենը, գերմաներենը, պարսկերենը կամ չինարենը: Ուղղակի այն դպրոցում ավելի շատ է ուսուցանվում: Չմոռանանք, որ խորհրդային տարիներից ժառանգություն ենք ստացել ռուսախոսների հսկայական մի բանակ, նաև այն խայտառակ մտայնությունը, թե ռուսերենը մեր «երկրորդ մայրենին» է:

– Հայեցակարգը նաև քաղաքական գործընթացների հետ է ասոցացվում: Մի հատվածում ԵՏՄ անդամակցություն և այլն: Դուք հայեցակարգում քաղաքական բաղադրիչ տեսնում ե՞ք:

– Քաղաքական բաղադրիչ կա Ձեր բոլոր հարցերում և իմ պատասխաններում:

– Հայեցակարգը չի՞ տանի արդյոք այն ճանապարհով, որ ի վերջո ռուսերենը Հայաստանում պետական կարգավիճակ կստանա:

– Ոմանց վարդագույն երազանքը գուցե դա է: Սակայն դա կնշանակի անկախության կորուստ:
