Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոյեմբերի 22-ին Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության եթերում հայտարարեց, որ պատրաստվում է Արթուր Պողոսյանի թեկնածությունը առաջադրել Քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի պաշտոնում։

Ներկայացնում ենք վերջինիս կենսագրությունը։

Ծնվել է 1981 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին։

Աշխատանքային գործունեություն

2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 30-ին նշանակվել է Գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալ:

2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 29-ին նշանակվել է ՀՀ զինվորական դատախազի տեղակալի պաշտոնին։

2020 թվականի մայիսի 15-ից մինչև 2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ը Ա. Պողոսյանը զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական դեպարտամենտի պետի պաշտոնը։

18.04.2017-13.05.2020թթ. – Լոռու մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ, իսկ 2020 թվականի մայիսի 13-14-ին՝ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության կոռուպցիոն հանցագործությունների գործերով վարչության պետ։

11.11.2013-18.04.2017թթ. –  Շիրակի մարզի դատախազի տեղակալ,

13.04.2013-11.11.2013թթ. –  Շիրակի մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազ,

27.10.2011-13.04.2013թթ. –  Լոռու մարզի դատախազության ավագ դատախազ,

22.04.2011-27.10.2011թթ. –  Լոռու մարզի դատախազության դատախազ,

08.08.2006-21.04.2011թթ. – զբաղեցրել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական բաժնի քննիչի, նույն վարչության Լոռու մարզային քննչական բաժնի քննիչի, ապա՝ ավագ քննիչի պաշտոնները։

Կրթություն

1998-2002թթ. – սովորել և ավարտել է Երևանի պետական համալսարանի իրավաբանական ֆակուլտետը՝ ստանալով իրավագիտության բակալավրի աստիճան։

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր որակավորման հանձնաժողովի նախագահ

2002-2004թթ. –  ծառայել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերում։

ՀՀ նախագահի 2020 թվականին դեկտեմբերի 18-ի ՆՀ-344-Ա հրամանագրով պարգևատրվել է Մարտական ծառայության մեդալով, իսկ 2021 թվականին սեպտեմբերի 13-ի ՆՀ-266-Ա հրամանագրով՝ Արիության մեդալով։

2023 թ.-ի հունիսի 30-ին ՀՀ նախագահի հրամանագրով շնորհվել է արդարադատության երրորդ դասի պետական խորհրդականի դասային աստիճան:
