Սահմանամերձ համայնքն ուշադրությունից դուրս է մնացել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Տարվա բոլոր եղանակներին թե՛ ոտքով, և թե՛ տրանսպորտով Արմավիրի մարզի Բերքաշատ համայնք գնալու համար մեծ ջանքեր են պահանջվում։

Բերքաշատ տանող խորդուբորդ ճանապարհները ձմռանը մերկասառույց են դառնում, և գյուղ հասնելն իսկական պատուհաս է դառնում:

«Ճանապարհ «վաբշե» չունենք, մեր գյուղի ճանապարհները լրիվ քանդված են»,– Բերքաշատի մասին խոսելիս հենց այսպիսի բառերով են ասելիքները սկսում բերքաշատցիները:

Խորդուբորդ ճանապարհների պատճառով քիչ չեն վթարներն ու դժբախտ պատահարները:

«Ամռանը չենք կարողանում էս ճամփեքով քայլել: Սաղ քար ա, որ մի րոպե ուշադրությունդ շեղես՝ ոտքդ մի տեղ կխփես կամ կոլորես, էլ ուր մնաց ձմռանը. ոչ գյուղի ճամփեքն են մաքրում, ոչ էլ դեպի գյուղ տանող ճանապարհը»,– ասաց բերքաշատցին:

Բերքաշատը գտնվում է Արմավիր մարզկենտրոնից 22 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա, որից այն կողմ միայն Արաքս գետն է` հայ–թուրքական սահմանը:

Համայնքի ղեկավար Հարություն Չվչյանի խոսքով՝ գյուղը սահմանամերձ է, բայց ոչ ոք չի օգնում։ Տարբեր հարցերով ձեռք մեկնելու խնդրանքով դիմել են որտեղ ասես, սակայն ոչ մի օգնություն այդպես էլ Բերքաշատ չի հասել։

«Բյուջե չունեմ ես, որ կարողանամ ճանապարհ սարքեմ: «Վաբշե» ինձ մոտ վիճակ չկա, որ ճանապարհ սարքեմ»,– «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում նշեց գյուղապետը:

Գյուղում միայն գործող միջնակարգ դպրոցն ու բուժամբուլատորիան են գտնվում քիչ թե շատ բարվոք վիճակում, սակայն չեն ջեռուցվում: Ձմռանն ամբուլատորիայի անձնակազմը հավաքվում է մի սենյակում և էլեկտրական սալիկի օգնությամբ փորձում տաքանալ, իսկ դպրոցին հեղուկ վառելիք է տրամադրվում։ Մշակույթի տունն ու գրադարանը վթարային են։

Խմելու ջուրն այստեղ ևս խնդիր է։ Խմելու ջրի ներքին ցանցի խողովակներն իրենց դարն ապրած են, հաճախ են վթարվում և գյուղացիներին առանց ջուր թողնում։

Բերքաշատցիներն էլ իրենց հերթին փաստեցին՝ իրենց գյուղը փոքր է, բայց խնդիրներով` ամենամեծը։
