Կազմակերպված հստակությունն ընդդեմ կազմակերպված խառնաշփոթի. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

 Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է․

Երբ ասում ենք, որ հայտնի մեկ հոգին հանուն իշխանություն պահելու պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի, դա ենթադրում է շարունակություն.
 
ա. Ի՞նչ ասել է ամեն ինչ, ի՞նչ կարող է անել իր իշխանությունը պահելու շանսերը մեծացնելու համար. դրանք կոնկրետ ո՞ր գործողություններն են, ո՞ր միջավայրը։
բ. Ի՞նչ պետք է անենք մենք։ Հակադիր քաղաքական-հանրային դաշտը երկրի քանդման ստատիստներ չեն, որ կողքից հետևեն նրա գործողություններին։
 
Այդ մեկ հոգու համար ամենապարարտ միջավայրը՝ երկրում խառնաշփոթի, արհեստական իրարանցման, անհստակությունների, երկրորդական թեմաների  դոմինացիան է, հանրային թեմաների առավելագույն խառնաշփոթությունը։ Տարատեսակ արհեստական հանրաքվեները՝ ԵՄ կողմնորոշման, արագաչափերի, հենց դրան են ծառայում։ Վստահ եղեք՝ լինելու են նոր, մեկը մյուսից մեր իրական խնդիրների հետ կապ չունեցող թեմաներ։ Զանազան պրայմերիզները, թատերականացված պաշտոնանկությունները և այլ զանգվածային միջոցառումները հենց դրա համար են։ Ձեռքներս ծալած հետևենք նրա այս գործունեությանը՝ Հայաստանի տարածքում ստանալու ենք նոր Սիրիա ու Բեյրութ։
 
Ինչպե՞ս կասեցնել նրա ծրագիրը
 
Իշխանության կողմից ստեղծվող քաոսի, խառնաշփոթի միակ հակաթույնը ՀՍՏԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆ է։ Սա պետք է որպես այլընտրանք դրվի նժարին և առաջարկվի հասարակությանը, ու սա՝ կհաղթի։ Հստակությունը ենթադրում է երկու կարևոր բան.
 
1.     Բովանդակային հստակություն՝ հստակ ասելիք
2.     Քաղաքական հանրային միավորների հստակություն՝ հստակ ասողներ
 
2000-ի սկզբին այն ժամանակ գործող նախագահ Ռ. Քոչարյանը մի ձևակերպում դրեց, որն իրականում բոլոր հաջողությունների հիմքում էր՝ Կազմակերպված պետություն։ Նիկոլը և այն ժամանակվա ընդդիմությունը դրա դեմ հարյուրավոր  հոդվածներ ու հարցազրույցներ տպեցին։ Իսկական արշավ էր սկսվել այդ ձևակերպման դեմ։ 20 տարի անց էլի նույն վիճակն է. քաոսը և խառնաշփոթը երկրում նրանց մնալու միջավայրն է, կազմակերպվածությունը՝ մեր փրկվելու։
Քաղաքական և պետական կառավարման հավակնություններ ունեցող միավորները արագ պետք է վերափոխվեն այդ առումով՝ դառնան հստակ։ Եվ երկրի հանրային օրակարգը վերցնեն նրա ձեռքից՝ հստակ ասելիքով։
