ՀԱՊԿ-ում Հայաստանի համար դռները «բաց են». Պուտինի օգնական

Ռուսաստանը հարգանքով է վերաբերվում Հայաստանի ինքնուրույն կուրսին, որը դադարեցրել է իր գործուն մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ում, սակայն պահպանում է անդամակցությունը կազմակերպությանը, և ՀԱՊԿ բոլոր միջոցառումների դռները բաց են Հայաստանի առջև: ՏԱՍՍ-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ նախագահի օգնական Յուրի Ուշակովը:

«Կասկածի տակ չենք դնում հայ գործընկերների՝ իրենց կուրսն ինքնուրույն որոշելու իրավունքը: Դե յուրե Երևանը մնում է ՀԱՊԿ լիիրավ անդամ և այդպիսով պահպանում է բոլոր համապատասխան իրավունքներն ու պարտականությունները»,- հավելել է նա:

«ՀԱՊԿ-ում աշխատանքին Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական վերադարձի դռները բաց են, և մենք հույս ունենք, որ, այնուամենայնիվ, հայկական ներկայացուցիչները վաղ թե ուշ կվերսկսեն իրենց համագործակցությունն այդ կազմակերպության շրջանակներում»,- եզրափակել է Ուշակովը:

Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտնել էր, որ Երևանը սառեցրել Է մասնակցությունը ՀԱՊԿ աշխատանքներին, քանի որ, նրա պնդմամբ, այդ կառույցը սպառնալիքներ է ստեղծել հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության համար:

ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը Վարշավայում անվտանգության հարցերով միջազգային համաժողովում հայտարարել է, որ Երևանը հաշվարկում է ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու որոշման հետ կապված բոլոր ռիսկերը: Սակայն կազմակերպությունից դուրս գալու մասին կոնկրետ որոշումներ Հայաստանը չի կայացրել։
