Ներքին Պտղնի գյուղի բնակիչը, նռնակով սպառնալով, հրաժարվել է հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվել (տեսանյութ)

2024 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 20.00-ին, քաղաքացուց ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ հոգեկան առողջության հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեցող որդին, նռնակով սպառնալով, հրաժարվում է տեղափոխել համապատասխան բուժհաստատություն:

Ահազանգի հիման վրա ոստիկանության ծառայողները մեկնել են քաղաքացու կողմից մատնանշած հասցե և պարզել, որ Կոտայքի մարզի Ներքին Պտղնի գյուղի բնակիչը հրաժարվում է բուժհաստատություն տեղափոխվել և ձեռքին պահելով նռնակ՝ հրաժարվում ենթարկվել շտապօգնության բուժանձնակազմին: 

Բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում տղամարդը նռնակը ցած է դրել, որից հետո ապօրինի զենք և զինամթերք պահելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով տեղափոխվել է ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՀՈԳՎ Կոտայքի բաժին։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնում, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-րդ մասի և 194-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով, նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել է նռնակ և նռնակի նմանվող առարկա, ինչպես նաև՝ թղթի և ծխամորճի մեջ կանեփի նմանվող դեղնականաչավուն զանգված և «Բելամորկանալ» տեսակի ծխախոտի կիսադատարկ գլանակներում կանեփի նմանվող դեղնականաչավուն զանգված:

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից որոշում է կայացվել՝ նշված անձին ձերբակալելու մասին:

Քրեական վարույթով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով նշանակվել է դատաձգաբանական, դատապայթունատեխնիկական, իսկ հայտնաբերված զանգվածների բաղադրությունը պարզելու նպատակով՝ դատանյութագիտական համալիր փորձաքննություն:
