Ապագա ընտրությունների մասնակիցներն ու նպատակները. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է․ 

Գալիք ընտրությունների պատկերը հիմնական ուրվագծերով պարզ է։
Մեծ հաշվով, սա չի լինելու ընտրություն քաղաքական կուսակցությունների միջև, լինելու է պատկերացումների և ճանապարհի ընտրություն։
 
Իշխանությունը գնալու է ընտրության իր «Մեծարգոների ենթամշակույթով» , որը քաղաքական միավոր չէ, և «Հայաստանը Էրդողանի տակ» ծրագրով։ Նրանց խնդիրը լինելու է՝ ընտրության շեմին ստանալ կենցաղային, առանց որևէ հույսի ու նպատակի հասարակություն։ Նա հայ ժողովրդին առաջարկելու որևէ բան չունի։  Նա պետությունը տանելու է լիկվիդացիայի։ ՄԵԿ հոգու քարոզարշավային գերխնդիրը լինելու է՝ մոռացության տալ իր կառավարման տարիները, ստիպել հասարակությանը՝ մոռանալ նախորդ 4-5 տարին։
 
Ինչպես է հնարավոր կանգնեցնել այս մեքենան
 
«Մեծարգոների ենթամշակույթի» դեմ պետք է կանգնեն նոր խոշոր հանրային միավորներ, որոնք կունենան և´ ժողովրդին ասելու-առաջարկելու բան, և´ ռեսուրսային հնարավորություն։Եվ որոնք ԱԺ-ում կարող են իրար հետ աշխատել՝ ձևավորել նոր կառավարություն։ Միայն այդպես է հնարավոր առաջիկա քվեարկությունը վերածել ընտրության, և դա կլինի գործող իշխանության ավարտը։
Չլինի ընտրություն՝ «Մեծարգոների ենթամշակույթը» մեխանիկական քվեարկությամբ կմնա իշխանության։
2021-ի քաղաքական պատկերն այլևս չկա, չարժի խաբել իրար և այլոց։ Հիմա մեծ հնարավորություն կունենան նոր միավորները՝ նոր բովանդակությամբ, նոր դաշինքներով՝ առաջին հայացքից անհավանական թվացող, նոր խաղի կանոններով։ Ճիշտը աշխատանքը սա է։
 
Իսկ ինչո՞ւ է պետք հաղթել ընտրություններում
 
2021-ի ժողովրդի սխալ ընտրությունը բերեց Արցախի կորստին։ 2026-ի (կամ գուցե 2025-ի) սխալ ընտրությունը բերելու է Հայաստանի կորստին։ Սա Հայաստանում ապրել-չապրելու ընտրությունն է։ Պետք է լրջանալ, կոնկրետանալ ու զբաղվել գործով. «մեծարգոներով» ապագա հաստատ չկա, նոր ասելիքով՝ կա շանս։
 
Եվ վերջապես ժամկետների մասին
 
Տրամաբանորեն՝ ընտրությունները պետք է լինեն հերթական։ Մյուս կողմից, ինչ-որ կարևոր գործոն (կամ գործոններ) ՄԵԿ հոգուն շտապեցնում են։ Թե ո´ր գործոններն են՝ դժվար է հստակ ասել, կարելի է ենթադրել (ես ունեմ իմ մասնավոր կարծիքը), բայց որ դա այդպես է՝ ակնհայտ է։ Շատ կարևոր է՝ չթողնել որոշումը այդ մեկ հոգուն։ Նոր միավորների ստեղծումը պետք է ինտենսիվացնել նաև այդ նպատակով, որպեսզի ընտրություններին չգնանք նրա օրակարգով, այլ՝ թելադրենք սեփական օրակարգ ու ազդենք պետության ընդհանուր օրակարգի վրա։
