Հայաստանը ոչինչ չշահեց COP29-ից. Ադրբեջանն օգտագործեց այն Հայաստանի դեմ քարոզչությունն առավել սրելու համար. Աբրահամյան

Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Բաքվում ավարտվեց ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային կլիմայական կոնֆերանսը (COP29) և հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ այս միջոցառման անցկացումն Ադրբեջանում տեղի էր ունեցել ՀՀ իշխանությունների համաձայնությամբ, ապա փորձենք հասկանալ, թե ով շահեց ու տուժեց:

Նախ, սրան նախորդած պրոցեսում, Հայաստանը 2 հիմնական ակնկալիք ուներ: Առաջինը, որ միջազգային դերակատարների ակտիվ ճնշումների պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը բանակցություններում կվերադառնար կառուցողական հուն և հնարավոր կլիներ նվազագույն կորուստներով ընդհանուր մոտեցումներում ըմբռնում ապահովել:

Երկրորդ, և´ ներսում և´ դրսում ակնկալիք էր ձևավորվել, որ այս միջազգային միջոցառումից առաջ, ընթացքում կամ անմիջապես հետո, Ադրբեջանը որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում, ազատ կարձակի Բաքվի բանտերում պահվող գերիների, ռազմագերին առնվազն մի մասին:

Միանգամից արձանագրենք, որ Հայաստանը ոչ միայն ոչինչ չշահեց, այլ Ադրբեջանն օգտագործեց միջազգային ընթարձակ լսարանը Հայաստանի դեմ քարոզչությունն առավել սրելու, Հայաստանի դեմ նոր պահանջներ ներկայացնելու և ագրեսորի պիտակ հագցնելու ուղղությամբ:

Ավելին, նույն COP-29-ի օրերին, Ադրբեջանը Հաագայի միջազգային դատարան նոր հայց ներկայացրեց ՀՀ-ի դեմ, իսկ գերիների թեման այդպես էլ մնաց առկախված:

Այս համաժողովը ոչ միայն օգտագործվեց Ադրբեջանի իմիջային հարցերի լուծման, այլ նաև ընդհանուր առմամբ Ադրբեջանի դիրքերի ամրապնդման համար:

ԱՄՆ նախագահը նույնիսկ շնորհակալություն հայտնեց Ադրբեջանին՝ COP29-ի կազմակերպման համար, իսկ Գերմանիայի ԱԳ Նախարարն ադրբեջանական իշխանությունների «երեսը լվանալով» հանդիպեց, այսպես կոչված, ադրբեջանական քաղհասարակության ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Ու սա այն դեպքում, որ Ադրբեջանին գովերգող եվրոպացի շատ չինովնիկներ առհասարակ մոռացության տվեցին Բաքվի բանտերում գտնվող հայ գերիներին:

Հիշեցնեմ, որ օրեր առաջ, ԱԺ-ում հրատապ քննարկում էինք նախաձեռնել (հիմնական զեկուցողը ես էի), որով փորձում էինք հասնել ՀՀ խորհրդարանի կողմից համապատասխան հայտարարության շրջանառման՝ կոչ անելով Բաքվին, հետևել միջազգային կոնվենցիաների պահանջներին և ազատ արձակել հայ գերիներին, ռազմագերիներին, ինչպես նաև՝ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը կենտրոնացնել այս հարցի հետ կապված մի շարք առաջնահերթությունների:

Սակայն խորհրդարանի՝ իշխանությունը ներկայացնող հատվածը ոչ միայն տապալեց այս նախաձեռնությունը, այլ դրանով, ըստ էության, նաև աջակցեց ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին, թեման այլ հարթակներում արգելափակելու համար:
