Բացահայտվել է 10կգ թմրամիջոցի մաքսանենգության և ապօրինի շրջանառության նոր դեպք․ կալանավորվել է 2 անձ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի և 399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված համապատասխան միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ԻԻՀ-ից ՀՀ մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով փոխանցված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հերթական դեպքը։

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ նոյեմբերի 11-ին՝ ժամը 05:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևանի 52 և 32–ամյա բնակիչները, «Mitsubishi Grandis» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով մեկնելով Սյունիքի մարզի Մեղրիի տարածաշրջան, հայ-իրանական պետական սահմանի Մեղրի-Ագարակ հատվածից վերցրել են մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով՝ ԻԻՀ-ից ՀՀ ուղարկված, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրանյութի փաթեթներ և տեղավորել նշված ավտոմեքենայի սրահում։

Այնուհետև՝ ժամը 07:30-ի սահմաններում, դեպի Երևան ուղևորվելու ճանապարհին, Կապան-Երևան միջպետական նշանակության ավտոմայրուղու վրա, ավտոմեքենան կանգնեցվել է ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելու նպատակով նշված վայրում գտնվող ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից և պարզվել է, որ ավտոմեքենայում առկա է բազմաթիվ փաթեթներից բաղկացած և միմյանց հետ կպչուն ժապավենով միացված 2 կապոց:

Քննիչի կողմից կայացվել է հանցագործություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի հիմքով վարույթ իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացված տվյալ անձանց ձերբակալելու որոշում։

Կատարված քննչական գործողության, մասնավորապես՝ ավտոմեքենայի խուզարկությամբ վերոնշյալ կապոցներում հայտնաբերվել է 10կգ 294գ ընդհանուր քաշով զանգված, որը, ըստ նշանակված փորձաքննության եզրակացության՝ հանդիսացել է «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց։

Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է նաև ԻԻՀ քաղաքացու ինքնությունը, ով վերը նշված անձանց համար հայ-իրանական սահմանի վրայով հայկական տարածք էր փոխանցել նշված թմրամիջոցները։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա վարույթն իրականացնող քննիչի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին՝ Երևանի նշված բնակիչների նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է, և նրանց մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Հիշյալ տղամարդկանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգովդատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
