Կբերի մսամթերքի գնաճի զսպման, արդյունաբերության ընդլայնման. ի՞նչ կլինի, եթե կատարվի «Հայաստանը ես եմ»-ի 11-րդ պահանջ-առաջարկը

«Հայաստանը ես եմ» նախաձեռնությունը իր 11-րդ առաջարկ-պահանջն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ կառավարությանը, պատկան մարմիններին։ Առաջարկ-պահանջում ասվում է.

 
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների հարգելի գործընկերներ,
 
ՀՀ իշխանություններին ուղարկեցինք մեր 11-րդ առաջարկ-պահանջը, որը վերաբերում է երկրում անասնաբուծության զարգացման խթանմանը։
 
Առաջարկվող փոփոխությունը կարևոր նշանակություն ունի գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացման, նոր ներդրումների ներգրավման, սննդի արդյունաբերության ընդլայնման և մսամթերքի գնաճի զսպման համար։ Եթե խնդիրը չլուծվի, դա կարող է հանգեցնել հետևյալ բացասական հետևանքներին՝
 
• գյուղմթերքի, մասնավորապես՝ մսի և սննդի արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի գնաճի,
• տեղական արտադրության կրճատման,
• ներկրման ծավալների աճի։
 
 Կրկին ընդգծում ենք, որ այս փոփոխությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա՝
1. Անասնաբուծության զարգացման համար,
2. Մսամթերքի գնաճի զսպման համար,
3. Սպանդանոցային պայմաններում մորթի ծավալների ավելացման համար,
4. Այդ ոլորտում ներգրավված անձանց հաշվառման և գործունեության ամբողջական հայտարարագրման համար,
5. Այլ երկրներից անհայտ ծագման մսամթերքի ներկրման ծավալների կրճատման համար։
 
Համոզված ենք, որ այս առաջարկը կարևոր քայլ է՝ տեղական արտադրության զարգացման և երկրի պարենային անվտանգության ամրապնդման համար։
