Ի տարբերություն Փաշինյանի` ՀՀ բոլոր նախագահները հանդիպումներ են ունեցել ԱՄՆ նախագահների հետ. Սարգսյան

Երեկ մի քանի գործընկերներ ինձ հարց էին ուղղում, թե արդյո՞ք ճիշտ է փոխխոսնակի այն պնդումը, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Սպիտակ Տանը չի եղել: Կարդացի նրա խոսքը: Ասվածի կեսը սխալ էր: Ստիպված եմ արձագանքել, քանի որ օրեր առաջ ինքս էի գրել Փաշինյանի՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահի մակարդակով այց/հեռախոսազրույց չունենալու մասին:
Տեր-Պտրոսյանը ԱՄՆ մինչև 1994թ. այցը էլի է այցելել: Նրա 1994թ. այցն էլ պետական/պաշտոնական/աշխատանքային էր, քանի որ բացի Վաշինգտոնից այլ քաղաքներում էլ էր հանդիպումներ ունեցել հայ համայնքի հետ:

Սակայն խնդիրը հետևյալն է.

Ի տարբերություն Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Հայաստանի բոլոր նախագահներն էլ տարբեր առիթներով աշխատանքային հանդիպումներ են ունեցել իրենց բոլոր ամերիկացի գործընկերների հետ, ունեցել են նաև հեռախոսազրույցներ:

Տեր-Պետրոսյանը՝ Բուշի և Քլինթոնի,
Քոչարյանը՝ Քլինթոնի և Բուշի,
Սարգսյանը՝ Օբամայի:

Եթե կոնկրետ առանձնացնենք Սերժ Սարգսյանին (քանի որ գործընկերներիս հարցը նրան էր վերաբերում), ապա ասեմ հետևյալը.

1. Պաշտպանության նախարար Սերժ Սարգսյանը 5 անգամ Պենտագոնում և 1 անգամ Երևանում հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ 3 պաշտպանության քարտուղարների հետ (2018թ. ի վեր Հայաստանի ոչ մի պաշտպանության նախարար չի հանդիպել իր ամերիկացի գործընկերոջը՝ այդ թվում Պենտագոն գնացած-հասած գործող նախարարը):

2. Վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Սպիտակ Տանը հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ փոխնախագահ Դիք Չեյնիին:

3. Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը Սպիտակ Տանը հանդիպել է փոխնախագահ Բայդենին:

4. Սերժ Սարգսյանը Սպիտակ Տանը մասնակցել է Օբամայի անունից տրվող պաշտոնական ճաշի արարողությանը, որից առաջ Օբամայի հետ երկկողմ հանդիպում է ունեցել միջուկային անվտանգության համաժողի անցկացման և երկկողմ հանդիպումների համար նախատեսված վայրում՝ կոնվենցիոն կենտրոնում:

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է Փաշինյանին, ապա, այո, նա Հայաստանի միակ ղեկավարն է, որ որևէ ձևաչափով երբեք չի եղել Սպիտակ տանը, որևէ հեռախոսազրույց կամ աշխատանքային հանդիպում չի ունեցել ԱՄՆ նախագահի կամ փոխնախագահի հետ և համացանցում տարածված մի քանի լուսանկարներն արվել են այն ժամանակ, երբ նա 30 վայրկյանով կանգնել է Թրամփի կողքին ընդունելության ժամանակ կամ քայլել է նրա կողքով բազմակողմ միջոցառման ընթացքում:
