Flyone-ի՝ Փարիզ թռչող օդանավի դուռը նորմալ չի փակվել, տվիչի խնդիր է առաջացել, ճանապարհին էլ ուղևոր է վատացել

Նոյեմբերի 8-ին հերթական ուշացումն ու միջադեպն է գրանցվել Flyone Armenia ավիաընկերության իրականացրած չվերթի ժամանակ։ Ընկերության Փարիզ-Երևան չվերթի օդանավը նախ երկու ժամից ավելի (2 ժամ 40 րոպե) ուշացումով է թռչել Երևանից, հետո արտակարգ վայրէջք է կատարել Մյունխենի օդանավակայանում, հետո նորից թռել Փարիզ՝ բնականաբար արդեն նախատեսվածից ուշ ժամանելով Փարիզի օդանավակայան, որտեղ էլ արդեն Փարիզից Երևան թռչող ուղևորներն էին սպասում իրենց չվերթին, որը, սակայն, մի քանի ժամով հետաձգվել է։ 

Ուղևորներից մեկը MediaHub-ին պատմեց, որ Երևանից ուշացման պատճառը եղել է այն, որ օդանավի դուռը նորմալ չի փակվել, և մոտ երեք ժամ այդ պատճառով օդանավը կանգնած մնացել է, մինչև այդ խնդիրը լուծվել է։ Ասացին նաև՝ ինչ-որ տվիչի խնդիր է եղել, տվիչը սխալ ցուցմունք է տվել, սպասել են՝ խնդրը լուծել են, հետո նոր կարողացել են թռչել։ Իսկ օդ բարձրանալուց հետո էլ Մյունխենի օդանավակայանում արտակարագ վայրեջք է կատարել, քանի որ ճանապարհին ուղևորներից մեկի ինքնազգացողությունն է վատացել։ Օդանավը ստիպված իջել է Մյունխեն, այնտեղ ուղևորին հոսպիտալացրել են, որից հետո նոր շարունակել է ճանապարհը դեպի Փարիզ։ 

Արդյունքում, ըստ Փարիզից Երևան թռչող ուղևորներից մեկի, իրենք մոտ վեց ժամ սպասել են Փարիզի «Շարլ Դը Գոլ» օդանավակայանում, և այդ ընթացքում իրենց որևէ մեկն ընկերությունից որևէ հստակ բան չի ասել, թե երբ է, ի վերջո, կայանալու թռիչքը։ 

Նշենք, որ հայ-մոլդովական ընկերությունը, որի համասեփականատերերից է ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր, խոշոր գործարար Խաչատուր Սուքիասյանի եղբայրը, հայկական ավիացիոն շուկա մուտք գործելուց ի վեր պարբերաբար խնդիրներ է ունենում՝ անհարմարություններ պատճառելով ուղևորներին։ Համացանցում բազմաթիվ են բողոքները այս ընկերության հետ կապված՝ սկսած ուշացումներից մինչև ընկերության կողմից ուղևորների հանդեպ ոչ հոգատար վերաբերմունք, նաև գնային քաղաքականությունից մինչև օդանավերի տեխնիկական վիճակի հետ կապված խնդիրներ։

Օրինակ՝ մեզ պատմեցին, որ նույն կերպ դռան հետ կապված խնդիր առաջացել էր նաև անցյալ տարի ամռանը Երևան-Բարսելոնա չվերթի ժամանակ, երբ Flyone Armenia-ի օդանավի դուռը նորմալ չի փակվել, ինչի պատճառով օդանավը մեկուկես ժամ ուշացումով է Երևանից թռչել, և ուղևորներն ուղղակի շունչները պահած, աղոթելով են անցկացրել այդ մի քանի ժամը, մինչև հասել են տեղ։

MediaHub-ը փորձեց այս հարցով կապ հաստատել FlyOne Armenia ընկերության հետ, որ մեկնաբանություն ստանանք Երևան-Փարիզ-Երևան չվերթի ժամանակ առաջացած խնդիրների վերաբերյալ, սակայն ընկերությունից մեկնաբանություն ստանալ չհաջողվեց։ Եթե ընկերությունից հարկ կհամարեն կապ հաստատել մեզ հետ և տալ իրենց պաշտոնական մեկնաբանությունը, մենք այն պատրաստ ենք լրացուցիչ հրապարակել։
