ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ․ Հայկ Սարգսյանի եղբոր «շնորհիվ» ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորի վարորդը տուգանվել է և կորցրել տուգանային միավորներ

Երեկ իշխանական թևի երկու ներկայացուցիչներ հայտնվել էին սկանդալի կիզակետում։

Բանն այն է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նախկին օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանը, ով ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Հայկ Սարգսյանի եղբայրն է, «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, որտեղ Երևանում՝ Պռոշյան փողոցում, մի վարորդ երթևեկում է երթևեկության կանոնների խախտմամբ, հանդիպակաց գոտիով։

Ներքին գործերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ավելի ուշ հայտնեց, որ նշված մեքենայի վարորդին, Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ օրենսգրքի 124-րդ հոդվածի 18-րդ մասի համաձայն (Տրանսպորտային միջոցների վարորդների կողմից հանդիպակաց երթևեկության գոտի դուրս գալը), ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության պարեկները տուգանել են 25 հազար դրամի չափով, և հանվել է տուգանային 3 միավոր։

Հավելենք նաև, որ, մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների համաձայն, մեքենան սպասարկում է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հերիքնազ Տիգրանյանին, սակայն տվյալ պահին պատգամավորը մեքենայի մեջ չի գտնվել, այն վարել է նրա վարորդը։

Ստացվում է, որ Հայկ Սարգսյանի եղբոր «շնորհիվ» տուգանվել է ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորի վարորդը։ Իսկ այդ գումարը դուրս է գրվելու պետական բյուջեից և վերադառնալու է կրկին պետական բյուջե։
