Հոկտեմբերի 30-ին արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 23։50-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Չարենցավանի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ 4-րդ թաղամասի «VTB-ի խաչմերուկ» կոչվող տարածքում, խախտելով հասարակական կարգը և հասարակության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 21-ամյա Էդգար Ս․-ն, 25-ամյա Հենրիկ Ս․-ն, 22-ամյա Արսեն Խ․-ն, 24-ամյա Հովսեփ Հ․-ն, 26-ամյա Սևակ Կ․-ն և 22-ամյա Մայիս Ա․-ն վիճաբանել են Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչներ 28-ամյա Էդուարդ Մ․-ի, 29-ամյա Խորեն Ե․-ի, 29-ամյա Արայիկ Ս․-ի 20-ամյա Դավիթ Ք․-ի, 27-ամյա Աշոտ Մ․-ի, 29-ամյա Ավետիս Մ․-ի, 28-ամյա Կարեն Ս․-ի, 35-ամյա Դավիթ Ս․-ի 30-ամյա Գևորգ Ա․-ի, 29-ամյա Հենրիկ Ա․-ի, 23-ամյա Սամվել Ա․-ի և 20-ամյա Վահե Խ․-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ և հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց, հաղորդում է Shamshyan.com-ը:
