Գիտնականները մշակել են «իդեալական» արևային վահանակներ՝ 24 % արդյունավետությամբ

Պերովսկիտային թաղանթների համար Գվանջուի գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի (Հարավային Կորեա) հետազոտողների կողմից մշակված պասիվացման գործընթացն արևային մարտկոցներին հասցնում է 24,13 % էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության: Այս մասին գրել էր Interestingengineering.com-ը, գրում է focus.ua-ն։

Պասիվացման նոր գործընթացը զգալիորեն նվազեցնում է բջջային թերությունները և բարելավում է պերովսկիտ արևային բջիջների էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունն ու կայունությունը: Հետազոտողները ներկայացրել են վեցանկյուն պերովսկիտային պոլիտիպ (6H), որը նվազեցրել է պերովսկիտ բջիջների թերությունները, ինչի արդյունքում բարելավվել է էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը և արևային բջիջների գործառնական կայունությունը՝ համեմատած այլ առկա պերվոկսիտային բջիջների հետ:

Խնդիրը լուծելու համար տիպիկ մոտեցումը մինչ հիմա եղել է արտաքին քիմիական ռեագենտի ներդրումը: Այնուամենայնիվ, արտաքին ռեակտիվների ներմուծումը կարող է ուղղակիորեն ազդել պերովսկիտի բյուրեղային որակի վրա բյուրեղների աճի ժամանակ, ուստի գիտնականները չեն ապավինել նման կայունացուցիչներին: Փոխարենը, նրանք օգտագործել են քիմիապես նույնական պերովսկիտի 6H պոլիտիպը, որը պարունակում է բաղադրիչ, որն արդյունավետորեն ճնշում է պերովսկիտի թերությունների առաջացումը:

Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ 6H-ը բարելավում է արևային բջիջների կառուցվածքային ամբողջականությունն ու դինամիկան: Դա հանգեցնում է մարտկոցի ծայրահեղ երկար ծառայությանը՝ ավելի քան 18 միկրովայրկյան, 24,13 % ՕԳԳ-ի և էներգիայի փոխակերպման 21,44 % արդյունավետությունը։

Գիտնականները կարծում են, որ պերովսկիտի ինժեներական թերությունների վերացումը կարող է արագացնել առաջադեմ արևային վահանակների մշակումը առևտրային օգտագործման համար, օրինակ տանիքների վրա, կրելի էլեկտրոնիկայի և շարժական լիցքավորիչների համար:

Նշենք, որ պերովսկիտային արևային մարտկոցները փոխակերպող լուծում են առաջարկում ածխածնի չեզոքության հասնելու և գլոբալ տաքացման դեմ պայքարելու համար: Դրանց արդյունավետությունը, բազմակողմանիությունը և շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության նվազեցումը դրանք դարձնում են կայուն ապագայի անցման կարևոր բաղադրիչ:
