Մեկնարկել է ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված անձանց ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության նոր վկայականների տրամադրման գործընթացը

Մեկնարկել է ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության (փախստականի) նոր վկայականների տրամադրման գործընթացը։

«Ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած այն անձինք, որոնց վկայականները վավեր են մինչև 2024 թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը, քարտի վավերականության ժամկետը երկարաձգելու նպատակով արդեն կարող են դիմել ՆԳՆ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության (ՄՔԾ) ցանկացած տարածքային բաժին։ Դիմելու համար պետք չէ նախօրոք հերթագրվել․ սպասարկումն իրականացվում է տեղում` կտրոն քաշելու եղանակով։

Քանի որ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձինք Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունից ելքի համար պարտադիր պետք է ունենան վավեր անձնագիր և փախստականի վավեր վկայական, հորդորում ենք առաջիկայում ելքի ուղղությամբ սահմանահատում ծրագրելու դեպքում չսպասել մինչև փախստականի վկայականի վավերականության ժամկետի ավարտը, այլ նախապես զբաղվել այդ փաստաթղթերի վավերականության ժամկետների թարմացմամբ։

Եթե ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձը գտնվում է արտերկրում և նախատեսում է այցելել Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն, ապա կարող է ներկայացնել միայն վավեր անձնագիր, իսկ եթե նախատեսում է այցելել այլ/երրորդ երկիր, ապա պետք է դիմի իր գտնվելու երկրում գործող ՀՀ հյուպատոսություն՝ նոր վկայական ստանալու համար։

Եթե ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը ստանալուց հետո անձը փոխել է անձնագիրը (կորցնելու, վավերականության ժամկետն ավարտվելու, վնասվելու պատճառով), ապա պետք է դիմի նոր վկայական ստանալու համար, քանի որ ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության վկայականը տրամադրվում է գործող/վավեր անձնագրի հիման վրա։

Նույնիսկ եթե վկայականի վավերականության ժամկետն անցել է, ժամանակավոր պաշտպանություն ստացած անձը շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժամանակավոր պաշտպանության ներքո, մինչև չդիմի ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալու համար։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի մեր հայրենակիցները կարող են ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալ արագացված ընթացակարգով։ Դրա համար Երևանում անհրաժեշտ է դիմել ՆԳՆ Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայություն (Դավթաշեն, 4-րդ թաղամաս 17/10 հասցեով), իսկ մարզերում՝ ՄՔԾ տարածքային բաժիններ։

ՀՀ քաղաքացիություն ստանալուց հետո 070 ծածկագրով անձնագիրը չի դակվում և վերադարձվում է քաղաքացուն»,- ասված է ՆԳՆ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ։
