Միրզոյանը թուրքական նարատիվներ է առաջ տանում Ստամբուլի հանդիպումից հետո

Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչումն այլևս ՀՀ իշխանությունների թիվ մեկ առաջնահերթությունը չէ։ Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ խորհրդարանում հայտարարել է, թե պատմության ողբերգական անցքերը, Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն ուսումնասիրելը կամ դա թիվ մեկ առաջնահերթություն դարձնելն, անշուշտ, ԱԳՆ օրակարգը չէ։ Նրա խոսքով, Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ թիվ մեկ առաջնահերթությունը Հայաստանի շուրջ խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովումն է։

Ակնհայտ է, որ պատմաբանների հանձնաժողովի նարատիվը, որ առաջ է մղում Միրզոյանը, ուղղակիորեն թուրքական օրակարգ ու պահանջ է, Թուրքիայի ղեկավարները դեռևս 90-ականներից անընդհատ այդ օրակարգը փորձել են անցկացնել բոլոր նախկին նախագահների մոտ, և միշտ մերժման են արժանացել։ Համարվել է, որ եթե այդ օրակարգով ես առաջնորդում, ուղղակիորեն դավաճանություն և ուրացում է Հայաստանի կողմից։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը, փաստացի, առաջին անգամ որպես իշխանության ներկայացուցիչ է արել այդ հայտարարությունը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ այս հայտարարությունն անում է Թուրքիայում «3+3» ձևաչափով հանդիպումից հետո։ Թուրքիայում, ըստ ամենայնի, նրա հետ կոնկրետ աշխատանք է տարվել, առավել ևս, ըստ Հայաստանում տարածված լուրերի, Միրզոյանը որոշակի կապեր ունի թուրքական հետախուզության հետ, խոսք էր գնում, որ գործակալ է։ Ստամբուլում պահանջել են, որ պատեհ առիթն օգտագործի և նման հայտարարություն անի։

Միրզոյանը, բնականաբար, այդ մասին ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, տեղեկացրել թուրքական պահանջի մասին, և պատեհ առիթն էլ համարել են բյուջետային քննարկումները։ Եվ, Միրզոյանը բառ առ բառ կրկնել է Էրդողանի առաջ քաշած նարատիվները։ Փաշինյանին, ի դեպ, ձեռնտու է, որ առաջինն ուրացումը հնչի ոչ թե իր, այլ նախարարի բերանից, գոնե այս թեմայով առաջին պլանում որպես ուրացող կմեղադրեն Արարատ Միրզոյանին։

Սա ուղղակի ուրացման, պետական դավաճանության ակտ է, որը նույնիսկ օրվա ընդդիմությունը կփորձի օգտագործել, այդ թվում՝ իրավական առումով։
