Պետական կառավարման մասնագետ, տնտեսագետ Հովհաննես Ավետիսյանը ազատ արձակվեց

Մի քանի քննչական գործողություններ ավարտելուց հետո գիշերն ազատ է արձակվել պետական կառավարման մասնագետ Հովհաննես Ավետիսյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում է վերջինիս փաստաբան Արսեն Բաբայանը։

Հիշեցնենք` Հովհաննես Ավետիսյանին և ևս 8 անձի ձերբակալել էին` ապօրինի զենք պահելու կասկածանքով:

Ձերբակալվածներից Հայկ Նիկողոսյանի ու Աղվան Արշակյանի պաշտպան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը հայտնել էր. «Քանի որ արդեն չափն անցել են, առաջիկայում կներկայացվի հաղորդում օպերատիվ տվյալներ կեղծող ոստիկանների դեմ` այս պահին կամ հետագայում քրեական պատժի ենթարկելու համար։ Երիտասարդները որևէ հակաիրավական արարք չեն կատարել ու հետապնդվում են իրենց քաղաքացիական դիրքորոշումը պաշտպանելու համար»,- նշել է փաստաբանը՝ հավելելով, որ ավտոմեքենայի ապօրինի խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերելով քաղաքական բովանդակության թռուցիկներ (սկզբից փնտրվում էր զենք)՝ Քննչականը որոշել է ձերբակալված պահել Հայկ Նիկողոսյանին ու Աղվան Արշակյանին։

Ըստ փաստաբանի՝ մինչ այս պահը պատասխանատվության մեծ բաժինը Ոստիկանությանն էր` օպերատիվ տվյալների կեղծման համար, այժմ քաղաքական հետապնդումը շարունակվում է նաև Քննչական կոմիտեի ջանքերով։ Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը նշել է, որ ձերբակալումների դեմ բողոք են ներկայացրել, վաղը ներկայացվելու է հաղորդում պաշտոնատար անձանց գործողությունների դեմ։

Փաստաբան Հովհաննես Խուդոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հրապարակել էր նաև ավտոմեքենայից հայտնաբերված թռուցիկը։

Ձերբակալվածների թվում էին նաև` Վիգեն Ազատյանը, Արա Մկրտչյանը, Նիկոլայ Քոչարյանը, Մուշեղ Նավասարդյանը, Միքայել Օհանյանը, Արտեմ Խառատյանը:
