Մեր օրակարգում ԼՂ հիմնահարցի և Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման հարցեր չկան. Միրզոյան (տեսանյութ)

Ինչպես արդեն ասել եմ ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության թիվ մեկ առաջնահերթությունը ՀՀ շուրջ խաղաղության և կայունության ապահովումն է, սրա ուղղությամբ են մեր ջանքերը գործադրվում, ինչը ենթադրում է նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթաց:

Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում 2025 թվականի բյուջեի նախագծի նախնական քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը պատասխանելով «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Ռուստամյանի հարցին՝ արդյոք Արցախյան հակամարտության կարգավորման հարց ԱԳՆ օրակարգում կա:

«Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորումն ունի մի քանի նյութական արտահայտություն՝ խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի վերջնականացում ու ստորագրում, ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակում, սահմանների սահմանազատման գործընթաց, իսկ  ԼՂ հակամարտություն երբ ասում եք, մենք հասկանում ենք ամբողջ կոնֆլիկտը:

Հիմա ես մի բան եմ հասկանում ԼՂ հակամարտություն ասելով, դուք կարող է՝ մեկ այլ բան հասկանաք, մենք այս պահին զբաղվում ենք նրանով ինչի մասին ես խոսեցի, այդ զբաղվելիքն ունի Արդբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորում»,- ասաց նա:

Ռուստամյանը նաև հետաքրքրվեց, թե Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման հարց կա՞ ԱԳՆ օրակարգում, ինչին ի պատասխան Միրզոյանն ասաց, որ դա իրենց թիվ մեկ առաջանահերթությունը չէ:

«Պատմության ողբերգական անցքերը, Հայոց ցեղասպանությունն ուսումնասիրելը կամ դա թիվ մեկ առաջնահերթություն դարձնելը ԱԳ նախարարության օրակարգ չէ»,- ի պատասխան ասաց նախարարը:

Ռուստամյանն էլ հակադարձեց՝ ինքը խոսում է այն հարցերի վերաբերյալ, որոնք կառավարության ծրագրում ամրագրված են և հարցրեց՝ հիմա դուք ձեր ծրագիրն իրականացնելո՞ւ եք, թե՝ ոչ:

Միրզոյանն արձագանքեց. «Պարզ է, որ գրված է բայց աշխարհը, հատկապես այս հինգ տարում, այնպիսի սրընթաց փոփոխությունների է ենթարկվում, այնպիսի երկրներ են իրար հետ պատերազմում, իրար հետ հաշտվում, ոն՞ց կարող է այդպիսի պրոցեսներից առաջ գրված բառերը նույն ուժն ու կիրառությունն ունենա արդեն փոփոխված աշխարհում: Սա դինամիկ բան է և չեմ կարծում, թե հեգնական ժպիտը տեղին է, պարո՛ն Ռուստամյան»:
