Գլխավոր խաբեբան ելույթ է ունեցել ԱԺ-ում և հայտարարել, որ արվում է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները հարստանան․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․ 

Գլխավոր խաբեբան ելույթ է ունեցել ԱԺ կոչված տաղավարում և հայտարարել, որ պետության հիմնական ֆունկցիան քաղաքացիների կենսամակարդակն է, հավաստիացրել է, որ արվում է ամեն ինչ, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները հարստանան։

Այդ անձի հետ որևէ քաղաքատնտեսական զրույցն իսկ անհնար է նրա մոտ տնտեսական գիտելիքների տոտալ բացակայության պատճառով, բայց կան հարցեր, որոնք գոնե մեկնաբանության կարիք ունեն։

Ինչպես է հարստացումը պատկերացնում այդ անձը, եթե

1. Արտարժույթի, ԱՄՆ դոլարի փոխարժեքի 25 տոկոսով նվազելու պարագայում գազ եվ հոսանք սպառող քաղաքացիների համար գազի և հոսանքի սակագները չնվազեցին։ ԱՄՆ դոլարի 25 տոկոս նվազելու պարագայում դրանց դիմաց քաղաքացիների ՀՀ դրամով չնվազած վճարվող գումարները էլ ավելի հարստացրեցին բնական մենաշնորհների տեր կապիտալիստներին, և՛ Ռուսաստանում, և՛ Հայաստանում։
2.2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից կրկնակի անգամ բարձրացվում է շրջանառության հարկի տոկոսադրույքը՝ հինգ տոկոսից դառնալով տաս տոկոս: Այդ հարկատեսակի դաշտում գործող վաթսուն հազար տնտեսվարող և նրանց ընտանիքի փոխկապակցված անձինք էական կորուստ կունենան եկամուտների մասով։

3. 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մոտ երեք անգամ կբարձրանա Երևանում հանրային տրանսպորտի սակագինը՝ ներկա 100 դրամի փոխարեն կազմելով 300 ՀՀ դրամ։ Մայրաքաղաքի յուրաքանչյուր բնակիչ ամսական նվազագույն 10000 ՀՀ դրամի փոխարեն ստիպված կլինի վճարել մոտ 28000 դրամ, իսկ չորս անձից բաղկացած ընտանիքը տրանսպորտի համար կծախսի 112 000 ՀՀ դրամ։

4. Իբր հարստացող և սեփական տուն կառուցող քաղաքացիները գազի և էլեկտրաէներգիայի աբոնենտ դառնալու վճարների մասին խոսելն արդեն անիմաստ է, քանզի էլեկտրական ցանցին միանալու սակագինը դարձել է 260 000 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ գազամատակարարման ցանցին միանալու հաճույքը տատանվում է մեկ միլիոն դրամի սահմաններում։

Թվարկված միայն չորս խնդիրները վկայում են, որ մարդկանց պարզապես ծաղրում են, երբ արտադրության միջոցներ չունեցողներին հորդորում են հարստանալ։ Տնտեսությունը չի հանդուրժում ստերը, տնտեսական օրենքները անվտանգության մասին խաբեբայություններով չեն կարող շրջանցել և ամենահամեստ գիտելիք ունեցող քաղաքացին հասկանում է, որ երկիրը մի կուսակցության և նախկին օլիգարխների հարստացման համար է։
