Սևանից բաց թողնված հավելյալ ջուրը գյուղացիներին չի հասնում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Սևանից բաց թողնված հավելյալ ջուրը գյուղացիներին չի հասնում. բողոքում են հողագործները:

Այս տարի Սևանից հավելյալ բաց թողնված 100 միլիոն խմ ջուրը, որը պետք է փրկություն դառնար գյուղացու համար, այդպես էլ նրանց չի հասնում: Արագածոտնի և Արարատի մարզի բնակիչները պատմեցին, որ ջրի անբավարարության պատճառով չորացել է գյուղերի վարելահողերի գրեթե կեսը։

Արագածոտնի մարզի Ոսկեհատ գյուղում ոռոգման ջրի հարցն օրակարգային է: Բնակիչների պնդմամբ՝ 1 ամսից ավելի է ոռոգման ջուր չեն ունեցել, բերքը վտանգի տակ է: Ոսկեհատցիները ոռոգման ջուր ստանում են Արզնի–Շամիրամ ջրանցքից, իսկ այդտեղ ջուրը հավաքվում է Սևանա լճից:

«Եթե ջուրը չտան, բերքահավաք անել հնարավոր չէ, եթե մի 10 օր ջուր տան բերքը հնարավոր է փրկել»,– փոխանցեց համայնքի ղեկավար Գարեգին Սարգսյանը:

Սևան–Հրազդան ոռոգման ցանցը սպասարկում է շուրջ 130000 ջրօգտագործողի: Արարատի մարզի Դաշտավան համայնքը ևս ջրազուրկ համայնքների շարքում է: Այստեղ նույնպես ջրի սակավության պատճառով գյուղացիների եկամտի հիմնական աղբյուրը՝ բերքը, չորացել է։

«Շատ ահավոր վիճակ է: Իբրև ասում են Սևանից ոռոգման համար ջուր են բաց թողել, բայց էդ ջուրը մեզ չի հասնում: Ջուրն էլ հարևան գյուղերի միջով է գալիս, մինչև նրանք ջրում են, արդեն մեզ ջուր չի հասնում: Մարդիկ կռվով ջուր են իրարից գողանում, որ հողամաս ջրեն: Վարունգը ցանել են, ջուր չկա, որ ջրեն»,– դժգոհեց Դաշտավանի բնակիչ Սերյոժա Խաչատրյանը

Նույն իրավիճակն է Արարատի մարզի Դվին համայնքում, գյուղացու դաշտը չի ջրվում, բույսը հողում է չորանում, պտուղը՝ ծառին:

«Դամբուլը չի մեծացել, որովհետև ջուր չի եղել, որ ջրենք: Դեղձն էլ կծում ես, խեղդվում ես, չոր է, մեջը հյութ չկա, ջուր չի եղել, որ ջրենք»,– ասաց տիկին Արևը:

Նա 2000 մետր դեղձի այգի ունի: Գարնանը գրանցված ցրտահարության, իսկ ամռանը ոռոգման ջրի սակավության պատճառով դեղձի բերքատվությունը նվազել է:

Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած օրենսդրական փոփոխությամբ՝ Սևանից ջրառն այս տարի գերազանցեց օրենքով սահմանված 170 միլիոն խորանարդ մետրն ու մինչև ոռոգման սեզոնի ավարտը կկազմի 270 միլիոն խորանարդ մետր:
