Սպասվում է Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջգերատեսչական հանդիպում. օրակարգը հայտնի է

Հայաստանի ու Թուրքիայի համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչները շուտով կհանդիպեն՝ գնահատելու Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթգծի վերագործարկման պայմանները, «Ազատությանը» հայտնեց հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման հարցով Հայաստանի բանագնաց, խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը։ Ըստ նրա, սակայն, դեռ հանդիպման օր չի նշանակվել։

«Ինչպես նախկինում արել ենք, օրինակ, Մարգարայի կամրջի վերաբերյալ համատեղ հետազոտություն, շուտով նման հետազոտության համար հանդիպում կլինի միջգերատեսչական Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի ներկայացուցիչների, որպեսզի այս պայմանավորվածությունը իրագործենք, նկատի ունեմ՝ գնահատելու համար պայմանները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են Գյումրի-Կարս երկաթգծի վերագործարկման համար», - ասաց նա։

Ու թեև ավելի քան երկու տարի առաջ ձեռք բերված մեկ այլ պայմանավորվածություն՝ երրորդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար սահմանի բացումը, դեռ կյանքի չի կոչվել, երեկ արտգործնախարար Միրզոյանը լավատեսությունից և նոր ձեռքբերումներից էր խոսում. - «Ես զգուշավոր լավատեսություն կհայտնեմ, թերևս այս անգամ մի փոքր ավելի պակաս զգուշավոր և մի փոքր ավելի շատ հաստատ լավատեսություն: Մեր խոսակցությունը բավականին դրական տեմպերով է զարգանում, բովանդակություն ունի, և հույսս այն է, որ շատ մոտ ապագայում մենք կտեսնենք նոր, հետո էլի նոր շոշափելի ձեռքբերումներ»։

Նախարարի Միրզոյանի լավատեսությունը ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված. Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, որ անցած ամիս հայտարարել էր՝ Երևանը հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցում Անկարայից քաղաքական կամք է ակնկալում, այսօր ընդհանուր խոսեց: Ասաց՝ քննարկումները նպաստում են, որ կողմերը միմյանց դիրքորոշումները ավելի լավ ընկալեն։ Իսկ եթե քաղաքական կամք չկա, ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածություններն էլ կյանքի չեն կոչվել, այդ դեպքում ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ կան նոր ծրագրերից։

«Մենք ակնկալիքներ ունենք, որ մեր բոլոր ձեռք բերած պայմանավորվածությունները կիրագործվեն, և ընդհանուր առմամբ մենք ակնկալիք ունենք, որ կարգավորման գործընթացը կավարտվի դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատմամբ և սահմանների բացմամբ։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք դա անել հենց վաղը», - պատասխանեց Ռուբինյանը։
