Փորձ է արվել Իրանից ՀՀ ներմուծել առանց ակցիզային մակնշման 68500 տուփ ծխախոտ. ՊԵԿ (տեսանյութ)

Իրավապահ մարմինների միջև համագործակցության շրջանակում ՊԵԿ մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցներն ԱԱԾ-ից օպերատիվ տվյալներ էին ստացել առ այն, որ ԻԻՀ-ից ՀՀ տարածք բեռ տեղափոխող բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայում հնարավոր է թաքցված լինի մեծ քանակությամբ ծխախոտային արտադրանք։

Ստացված տեղեկությունների հիման վրա իրականացված վերլուծության արդյունքում հսկողության տակ էին վերցվել մի շարք տրանսպորտային միջոցներ։

«Օպերատիվ տեղեկությունն իրացնելիս՝ ՊԵԿ ՄԴՊ վարչության օպերատիվ հետախուզության բաժնի աշխատակիցներն, ԱԱԾ Երևան քաղաքի վարչության և Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ, զննման են ենթարկել Իրանից Հայաստան ժամանած ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ռ․Հ․-ի կողմից շահագործվող բեռնված բեռնատարը: Արդյունքում՝ նշված բեռնատարի կիսակցորդից` ցեմենտի պարկերի տակ թաքցված, հայտնաբերվել է առանց ակցիզային մակնշման 68.500 տուփ ծխախոտ։

ՄԴՊ վարչության ծառայողների նախնական հաշվարկով, վերոնշյալ ծխախոտները թաքցնելու միջոցով ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծելու արդյունքում, չի հաշվարկվել և պետական բյուջե չի վճարվել շուրջ 22,5 մլն ՀՀ դրամ ակցիզային հարկ, այսինքն՝ քաղաքացու արարքում առկա են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներ։

Իրավախախտման անմիջական օբյեկտ հանդիսացող 68.500 տուփ ծխախոտը և բեռնատար ավտոմեքենան վերցվել և ի պահ են հանձնվել «Ագարակ» մաքսային անցման կետում: Ռ․Հ․-ն ձերբակալվել և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հանցագործության հատկանիշներով կազմված նյութերի հետ միասին ներկայացվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչություն»,- ասված է ՊԵԿ հաղորդագրության մեջ։
