«Վանաձոր–Քիմպրոմ»–ի աշխատակիցներն անժամկետ նստացույցի են պատրաստվում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Վանաձոր–Քիմպրոմ»–ի ջերմաէլեկտրակայանի նախկին աշխատակիցները պատրաստվում են անժամկետ նստացույց անել:

«Փաստ»–ի աղբյուրը հայտնեց, որ աշխատակիցներն այնքան ժամանակ ցույց կանեն, մինչև խնդիրը վերջնականապես լուծում չստանա և իրենք չստանան իրենց աշխատավարձերը:

Օրերս ՋԷԿ–ի աշխատակիցները կրկին փողոց էին դուրս եկել, ցանկացել հանդիպել մարզպետ Արթուր Նալբանդյանի հետ ու խնդիրը ևս մեկ անգամ քննարկել:

«Վանաձոր–Քիմպրոմ»–ի ջերմաէլեկտրակայանի աշխատակիցները շուրջ 6 տարի է պայքարում են իրենց 2011–2012 թվականների մի քանի ամսվա աշխատավարձը ստանալու համար: Արդյունքի, սակայն, չեն հասնում: Նրանք փորձում են իշխանությունների ուշադրությունն իրենց վրա հրավիրել:

«Մենք պետք է պայքարենք մինչև վերջ, որովհետև սա մեր քրտինքի արդյունքն ա, մեզ կոպեկ չեն տալիս»,– ասաց աշխատակիցներից մեկը:

Նրանք դեռ 2012–ին դատական հայց են ներկայացրել ընդդեմ ՋԷԿ–ի սեփականատեր «Ռեգիոն Էներջի» ընկերության: 2014 թվականին դատը շահել են, բայց մինչև օրս 153 աշխատողներից ոչ մեկն իր գումարը չի ստացել:

Դատարանը սնանկ է ճանաչել ընկերությունը՝ պարտավորեցնելով գույքի վաճառքից ստացվելիք միջոցներից վճարել շուրջ 130 միլիոն դրամի աշխատավարձի պարտքը: Ավելի ուշ, սակայն, պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը գույք չունի:

Վեց տարի շարունակ դիմել են հնարավոր բոլոր պետական մարմիններին՝ դատարանից մինչև երկրի նախագահ: ՋԷԿ–ի հուսալքված աշխատակիցներն այլևս չգիտեն` ինչ անել: Նրանք վստահեցրեցին, որ անկախ ամեն ինչից, իրենք պայքարելու են մինչև վերջ: Բողոքի ցույցերն էլ կդադարեցնեն այն ժամանակ, երբ խնդիրը լուծում ստանա:
