Պարզվում է, որ ՀՀ-ից մեկն արտագաղթել է իր սանրվածքի պատճառով, ականջին օղ կախելու պատճառով, խաշ կամ քաբաբ չսիրելու պատճառով. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Արտագաղթի երևույթը Երրորդ հանրապետության մեջ ամենամեծ պրոբլեմն է, թո՛ւյլ տվեք ասել, որ այդ երևույթը բավարար չափով, ինչքան էլ զավեշտալի թվա, ուսումնասիրված չէ: Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ժողովրդագրական խնդիրներին:

Նրա խոսքով՝ մենք պետք է հասկանանք, թե ինչպես և ինչ շեշտադրումներով խոսել ժողովրդագրության մասին մի միջավայրում, որտեղ երկրի բնակչության մի շատ զգալի հատվածի առաջնային խնդիրն այն է՝ ոնց անել, որ իր տղան չգնա բանակ:

Ըստ Փաշինյանի՝ բարեկեցության մեջ մտնում է ազատությունը: «Այցերի ընթացքում Եվրոպական հյուրանոցում, երբ սուրճ կամ թեյ ես պատվիրում մեկ էլ գալիս է ինչ-որ մի մատուցող ու սկսում է հայաստանյան հայերենով շփվել: Բնականաբար, հարց է ծագում, բա ինչի՞ ես արտագաղթել, Երևանում հյուրանոցում մատուցողի տեղ չկա՞ աշխատելու, որ եկել ես այստեղ ես աշխատում:

Պարզվում է, որ մեկն արտագաղթել է  իր սանրվածքի պատճառով, մեկն արտագաղթել է իր ականջին օղ կախելու պատճառով, մեկն արտագաղթել է այն պատճառով որ խաշ չի սիրում, մյուսը, որ քաբաբ չի սիրում: Այս թեմաների հետ, որ չառնչվեք, այդպես էլ չենք հասկանալու արտագաղթ երևույթը: Մենք չունենք պատկերացում արտագաղթի մասին»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, թե կենացներ ենք խմում, որ Սփյուռքը գա. «Բայց ո՞վ է, ասենք, Բրյուսելում իր հանգիստ կյանքը թողնելու գա, օրինակ, գնա Մովսես գյուղում ապրի կրակոցների տակ: Մենք պետք է առերեսվենք այս խնդիրների հետ, արդարությունն է այս խնդիրների մի մասը: Մարդը մի քանի անարդարության բախվելով՝ կասի, որ եթե իմ երկրում իմ իրավունքները չեմ կարող պաշտպանել, ի՞նչ ունեմ այս երկրի հետ ինձ կապող»,- շեշտեց նա:

Փաշինյանը հավելեց, որ Ժողովրդագրությունը մեր բոլորիս հավաքական գործունեության մասին է:
