Արևմուտքը դիմում է ռիսկի` հանուն Սարգսյանի. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ օրվա ընթացքում ԵՄ ու ԱՄՆ դեսպանները հանդես եկան ուշագրավ հայտարարություններով: Նախ՝ ԵՄ դեսպան Սվիտալսկին նշեց, թե Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ չկան: Այնուհետ՝ ԱՄՆ դեսպան Միլսը խոսեց այն մասին, որ փաստաբանները պետք է համագործակցեն իրավապահների հետ:

Բնականաբար, երկու դեպքում էլ խոսքը հայտնի դատավարության ու դրա շուրջ քննարկումերի մասին է: Դեսպանների հայտարարությունների բովանդակության ճշմարտացիությունն այստեղ երկրորդական է: Առավել հետաքրքրական է այդ հայտարարությունների ֆոնն ու իրական նպատակները:

Սասնա ծռերի դատավարությունը, Հայաստանում քաղբանտարկյալներ լինել–չլինելու հարցը, ինչպես նաև իրավապահներ–փաստբաններ կոնֆլիկտ, որ վերածվել է նաև փաստաբանական պալատի ներքին կոնֆլիկտի, ուղղակիորեն հարվածում են հայաստանյան իշխանությանը, ավելացնում հանրային անվստահությունը իշխանության նկատմամբ:

Իրենց այս հայտարարություններով արևմտյան դեսպանները փորձում են հարվածի տակից դուրս բերել իշխանություններին՝ իրենք մտնելով հարվածի տակ: Խոսքը այն մասին է, որ արևմտյան դրամաշնրհային ծրագրերով աշխատող, ինչպես նաև պրոարևմտյան հայացքներ ունեցող շատ սուբյեկտներ թե՛ անցյալ տարի հուլիսին, թե՛ դրանից հետո ակտիվ համակրանք են դրսևորում Սասնա ծռերի գործողությունների, այդ խմբավորման անդամների նկատմամբ:
