Վարչախումբը ժողովրդին պատրաստում է նոր պատերազմի

Վերջին շաբաթներին Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության կոշտ ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության ֆոնին փոխվել է նաև ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների հռետորաբանությունը, բայց հակառակ ուղղությամբ։ Փաշինյանն ու իր թիմն այլևս չեն խոսում «խաղաղության դարաշրջանի» մասին՝ գիտակցելով, որ դա լիովին ձախողվել է։ Փոխարենը, Ադրբեջանին կոչեր են անում շուտափույթ պայմանագիր կնքել, հանրությանն էլ նախապատրաստում են նոր ռազմական էսկալացիայի։

Օրերս ՔՊ կազմակերպած համաժողովում Փաշինյանը պարզ հայտարարել է, թե Ադրբեջանը դեմ է իր «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծին։ Փաշինյանի տպավորությամբ, Ադրբեջանը մտահոգված է, որ նախագիծը Հայաստանին միլիարդավոր օգուտներ կբերի, և Հայաստանն էլ դա կարող է օգագործել ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի։ «Պոտենցիալ երկու մտահոգություն կարող է բերել Ադրբեջանին։ Առաջինը՝ եթե Ադրբեջանն անկեղծ մտածում է, որ ռազմավարական հեռանկարում Հայաստանն ագրեսիվ պլաններ ունի Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, դա կարող է ստեղծել ընկալումներ, որ այդ տասնյակ միլիարդ դոլարները կարող են օգտագործվել ընդդեմ Ադրբեջանի։ Կա նաև հակադարձը, որ եթե Ադրբեջանն ագրեսիվ մտադրություններ ունի Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, դա կարող է մտահոգել Ադրբեջանին, որ այդ տասնյակ միլիարդ դոլարները կարող են օգտագործվել Հայաստանի պաշտպանունակությունը բարձրացնելու համար և Ադրբեջանն իր ագրեսիվ պլանները Հայաստանի նկատմամբ իրագործելու խնդիրներ կարող է ունենալ», - հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը։

Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանն էլ վերջին հարցազրույցում նշել է, թե Հայաստանը շարունակում է իր կարողությունները զարգացնել, որպեսզի պատրաստ լինի հնարավորինս շատ սցենարների՝ իր տարածքային ամբողջականությունը պաշտպանելու։ «Ես կարող եմ ասել, որ Հայաստանն ամեն ինչ անելու է՝ ցանկացած հարձակման դեպքում պաշտպանվելու։ Եվ Հայաստանը միայն կարողություն է ձեռք բերում՝ պաշտպանություն կազմակերպելու նպատակով։ Սցենարները կարող են տարբեր լինել, կարող է այս պահին մենք բոլոր սցենարներին պատրաստ չենք, բայց մեր ջանքերն ուղղված են նրան, որ մենք ունենանք բավարար կարողություն բոլոր վտանգները չեզոքացնելու համար»,- հայտարարել է նա։ Ի՞նչ է սա, եթե ոչ կոչ ժողովրդին՝ պատրաստվել վերահաս աղետին։

Նույն այդ համաժողովում Գրիգորյանը շատ ավելի անհեթեթ հայտարարություն է արել։ «Ռազմավարական ապրանքները կարող են փոխվել, պետք է ավելի ճկուն լինենք, որպեսզի ուրիշներին թույլ չտանք թիրախավորել մեր ռազմավարական ապրանքները և շատ հարմարվողական լինենք այդ իրականությանը։ Մեկ պարզ օրինակ բերեմ միայն․ մենք կարող ենք ցորենից անցնել բրնձի․ ցորենը կարող է ռազմավարական ապրանք լինել, բայց ինչ-որ պահի մենք կարող ենք անցնել բրնձի և փոխել մեր հարմարվողականությունը և ունենալ բրինձը որպես ռազմավարական ապրանք»,- ասել է նա։

Հիշեցնենք, Հայաստան ներկրվող հացահատիկի 90 տոկոսը Ռուսաստանից է, որի հետ հարաբերություններն իշխանությունները համառորեն փչացնում են։
