Թափանցիկ արևային մարտկոցները կկարողանան սմարթֆոնները լիցքավորել էկրանի ապակու միջոցով

Գիտնականները երկար տարիներ աշխատել են թափանցիկ արևային մարտկոցների արտադրության տեխնոլոգիա ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ` փորձելով այն մոտեցնել կոմերցիոն կիրառմանը, գրում է Ixbt.com-ը:

Փորձնական արևային մարտկոցի թափանցիկ մատրիցան 16 քառակուսի սմ մակերեսով է, և հասել է էներգիայի փոխակերպման առավելագույն արդյունավետության 15,8 տոկոսի սահմաններում՝ պահպանելով միջին տեսանելի լույսի հաղորդունակությունը 20 տոկոսով: Ավանդական անթափանց սիլիկոնային արևային վահանակները սովորաբար ունեն մոտ 15-20 տոկոս արդյունավետություն: Գիտնականների կարծիքով այդ ոլորտում հետագա հետազոտությունները կստեղծեն այնպիսի արևային բջիջներ արտադրելու ուղիներ, որոնք կարող են դառնալ ապագա մաքուր էներգիայի առանցքային տեխնոլոգիա:
