«Գործ սարքողները» խոսում են արդարությունից

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ ներկա է գտնվել Քննչական կոմիտեի ձևավորման 10-րդ տարեդարձին նվիրված հանդիսավոր միջոցառմանն Օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում, ելույթ է ունեցել։ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում «գործ սարքելու» ինստիտուտը վերացվել է և դրան վերադարձ չի լինի։ Նա երեկ նաև հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանում բոլորը հավասար են օրենքի առաջ, չկան արտոնյալներ՝ լինեն նախկին, թե ներկա։ «Մենք շատ ժամանակ չունենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիների շրջանում ներդնելու այն զգացողությունը, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կա արդարություն, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կա արդարադատություն, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում բոլորը հավասար են օրենքի առաջ, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում չկան արտոնյալներ՝ լինեն նախկին, թե ներկա, և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում օրենքը, օրինականությունը, իրավակարգը, արդարությունը և արդարադատությունն ընդամենը ճառերում հիշատակվող խոսքեր չեն, այլ դրանք իրականություն են և իրողություն»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո, երբ փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ամեն ջանք գործադրել է ՀՀ իրավապահ համակարգն աղավաղելու, գործադիրի կցորդի վերածելու, գրոհով վերցրել է դատարանները, հեռացրել անհնազանդ և հեղինակավոր դատավորներին, իսկ այսօր էլ շարունակում է գործեր սարքել ընդդիմախոսների վրա, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այս հայտարարություններն առավել քան ցինիկ են հնչում։ Նախկինում էլ Հայաստանն աչքի չի ընկել արդարությամբ, արդարադատությամբ, արդարամտությամբ, բայց «հեղափոխականների» օրոք այդ հասկացություններն ընդհանրապես անհետացել են, դարձել ընդամենը ճառերում հիշատակվող խոսքեր։
