Ադրբեջանի «փաստաբան» Զախարովան նեղվել է ՀՀ ԱԳՆ քայլից

Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Մարիա Զախարովան հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանն ակտիվորեն մասնակցել է «Եվրասիայում անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների մասին» հայտարարության նախագծի փորձագիտական հաստատմանը, առաջարկություններ արել, դրանցից շատերը հաշվի են առնվել, սակայն վերջնական փաստաթուղթը չի ստորագրել։

Ավելի վաղ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ից հայտնել էին, թե Հայաստանը չի միացել «Եվրասիայում անվտանգության ապահովման սկզբունքների» և «Միջազգային հարաբերություններում միակողմանի միջոցների կիրառման անթույլատրելիության» վերաբերյալ հայտարարություններին։

ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների արտգործնախարարները հոկտեմբերի 7-ին համատեղ հայտարարությամբ դատապարտել էին միակողմանի պատժամիջոցները, հորդորել զերծ մնալ նման քայլերից։ Համատեղ հայտարարությունն ընդունվել էր Մոսկվայում կայացած նիստի արդյունքներով, որին մասնակցել էր նաև Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը։ «Թե ինչու Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը փաստաթուղթը չստորագրեց ԱՊՀ երկրների նախարարների խորհրդում, ավելի լավ է թող ինքն այդ հարցին պատասխանի, իսկ իմ անձնական կարծիքը թող մնա ինձ»,- ասել է Զախարովան՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ Երևանն այնուամենայնիվ չի ստորագրել փաստաթուղթը։

Փոխարենը, Ադրբեջանի փաստաբանի դերը ստանձնած Զախարովան ակտիվորեն քննադատել է ԱՄՆ կոնգրեսականներին՝ Բաքվի դեմ հայտարարությունների համար։ Կոնգրեսի անդամները դիմել էին պետքարտուղար Բլինքենին՝ կոչ անելով պատժել Բաքվին քաղաբանտարկյալների և ռազմագերիների դաժան պայմանների համար։ Ռուսաստանից պարբերաբար քննադատում են Հայաստանին հակառուսական պահվածքի համար, մինչդեռ որոշ շրջանակներ, այդ թվում՝ ծագումով հայ Սերգեյ Լավրով-Քալանթարյանի գլխավորած հիմնարկը, մոռանալով դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները, հաճախ գործում են ի շահ Ադրբեջանի։ Ուստի բնավ պետք չէ զարմանալ, որ Հայաստանում անընդհատ աճում են հակառուսական տրամադրությունները։
